O The installation process was hassle free as the team worked hard to satisfy our needs and moved some of the heavy furniture that was beyond us. Communication with the company was responsive, and always polite and courteous, they were a pleasure to work with. At completion we had an issue that the new flooring did not match the existing flooring and the shade difference was highly noticeable. After discussion OCD replaced the existing LVP with new planks to attain the perfect match. They did that without quibble and at some cost to themselves. The final outcome was outstanding and met our expectations for a seamless floor throughout the House. Taylor, who owns the business, was personable, professional, and very communicative. Although he was hired by the roofer, he was unbiased in his judgment and always wanted to do the right by the consumer, even when it meant potentially losing the job when he had to inform the roofer that there was no way a simple patch job would hide the damage done and the entire ceiling and connected areas would need to be repainted to match and blend in without looking like crap. At the end of the day, I couldn't have been happier with Taylor, and he assured me that if at any point I was unhappy with his work, he would return. He also moonlights as a competent exterminator. While he was here, he caught the biggest huntsman spider I have ever seen in my life and removed it from my house. It was as big as my hand! I thought I was going to have to call the police. This man is not just a painter - he's a hero.

He ripped off the elderly, and even though he shows a 1 year warranty on his website, he refuses to even come look at it, and swore at me when i called him, as it is none of my business what he did to my 76 year old parents!!!
