Tyler came back out to finish setting the spigot with Tapcon screws, as Dalton had advised. Between scheduling, repairs, workmanship and follow-up, I think Blue Sky's rates are a good value, given the exceptional quality of everything I experienced. I also have the sense that had there been any issues, this family-owed company puts integrity over reputation and money. While plumbing repairs are not on my bucket list of ideal home improvements, at least I feel assured calling on Blue Sky. The kitchen faucet still gets caught (under the sink) when you try and extend it for spraying. Price gouging most certainly! On the good side, they did come initially in a timely manner. (BTW-we have been very happy with ARK Septic and they say they get calls from angry plumbing customers confusing their names as they used to be linked many years ago.)
