Went to this salon last night after buying a Groupon voucher for £15. On first impressions I wanted to walk out. The salon was cold and dark with only a portable gas fire for heat. The salon was dated and shabby but as I'd already paid and only wanted a trim what could go wrong? Right? Oh my goodness!! Yes the stylist was very nice and friendly but what I left with was a bob shorter than I'd expected and to make matters worse a big chunk was missing off the length on one side and the cut wasn't even straight. On seeing it my friend laughed, that is before she grabbed the scissors and tried to sort it out. All the length around the bob was different. The stylist didn't even blow dry it properly but tried to style it using straighteners. I'm really really disappointed and look a complete fool. And, as so much was cut off I can't go and have it sorted out and have to live with it for a least a month. All in all the salon is dated, shabby and dirty and unprofessional. Yes the staff are friendly but I've had better cuts in the Birmingham Market! Avoid is my advice. And by the way, you get what you paid for and I paid £15 which bought me a haircut that looks like an untrained chimp has done. You've been warned! read more

I recently tried Savva Savva for their Highlights Wash Cut and Style offer of £50.00 compared to my normal salon price of £85.00 I have to say I was really impressed with the salon, stylists and service. The stylist took great care and passion in ensuring that I got the colour and style I wanted. In addition, she advised me of how to maintain my hair between this cut and my next appointment. Savva Savva is highly recommended. read more

I couldnt recommend a better salon. From the stylists to the service, I was really impressed. I got a wash cut and highlight from here. The stylist advised me of how to maintain my hair to make best and the lengthiest use of my colour. I have also previously got a facial from here for 30.00 which in Selfridges I pay 80.00. I was also amazed at the number of beauty services Savva Savva offer from facial to electrolysis to ear candling. read more

I went in for for a Colour Cut and Blowdry. The salon itself is very spacious, clean and modern. The stylists are very friendly and take great care with the cutting and styling. I didnt know what colour to go for and the stylist advised me what the latest colours were and what would suit me best. Overall the service exceeded expectations, the complimentary coffee was a nice extra touch as was the head massage. The salon has ample parking and a taken payments by card. Beauty rooms looked amazing, must try next time i go :) read more

Had a hair cut here last week followed by a hydrating facial. This was much better than I expected and left me feeling reinvigorated! Will come back for this treatment alone! Excellent stuff. read more

This was my second visit to the Salon and I returned because last time I had received excellent service. There is a consistent level of high quality in the washing, cutting and styling. Prices are very good too. In my view this is a city centre quality salon without the high prices. I will be making my third visit very soon. read more

Went to salon after driving past and noticing a £20 cut and blowdry offer. The receptionist was able to fit me in on the day even though I had no appointment and it was a really busy Friday at the salon. The cut and blowdry was high quality and the additional Morrocan Oil finish treatment was a superb finishing touch. I've already booked my next appointment in 6 weeks time. read more

groupon voucher purchased, walked in when normally busy and it was dead. could not find the security number so left with no intention of going back as miserable and quiet. they then hounded me by letter for months with offers, never got my name right and looked like a 14 year old on work experience was working for them. I would rather let the vet cut my hair read more

A very nice salon with more than helpful stylists who listen to exactly what you want and then create that exact style. The price was very reasonable - a wash cut and style at only £20.00 ! I took a picture that I had seen in a magazine and the stylist created the exact same style. I absolutely love it and will defo be going to Savva Savva Hair again. Highly recommended salon ** read more
