This business wants to collect personal information that does not pertain to services offered. This business collects a fee during scheduling process but fails to mention anything about information being required to provide beyond NY State requirements and will deny services unless this information is provided. When you show up to appointment made and after fees collected is when this business informs you of this requirement and will keep fees collected and deny services if not provided. I do not recommend this place for any services provided if you are not willing to provide information beyond what is required by law to be stored on electronic file and possibly sold/lost at a later time. Made an appointment, paid in full at time of scheduling, showed up to appointment and was required to provide personal information beyond proof of age. Because this personal information which included a digital copy of my drivers license to be kept on their file, I was denied Tattoo services and no refund of deposit. Being that I am decades beyond the legal age required for a Tattoo, my age was not a factor, they wanted personal information that went beyond what was necessary for Tattoo services. read more

I love PS by Brandy. I've worked solely with Baike, but everyone in the shop is extremely curteous, they follow all the safety protocols, and the vibe is relaxed. It's got a very familial feeling to it. My daughter got her nose pierced by Brandy and she did a great job too! read more

I went in with very high hopes because the shop had a nice and clean look. I made my appointment and paid the deposit, and everything was looking good. Sadly, when I went for my appointment the first time, not only was it closed but I never received any notice about a reschedule. The next day Brandy did call and I was able to get in that day. I went in for the appointment and Brandy did my tattoo. Again when I went to pay, they informed me that I never put down the $40 deposit. So more money out of my pocket. Not only would I never recommend this shop, I would strictly stay away. I won't even get into the faded, scarred and infected tattoo; nor the obscene and racist talk between employees.
