Wednesday after morning coffee, Gunny's office called to say "We have a technical (KEN) near you , can he stop by in 20 minute, OK?. Sure thing an thanks. Ken showed up with a few minutes to spare, checked the HVAC unit to fine the capacitor failed, replaced it no problem and off to the next stop. Kudos to all the crew at Gunny's in Pahrump. Our carpet got stained and we really appreciated that they sent out a carpet cleaner for the area that was affected with liquid that spilt from unit during the removal process. They repaired our drywall and repainted with no problem aswell. When we can afford to replace the unit on the other side of our property we will reach out!

At he end of the day I had brand new Rheem air handler and condenser unit installed and blow cold air. He rode my butt in the left lane for over a mile - I thought he was going to hit me - there was no where for me to go given we were in traffic. He then swerved into the HOV lane, cutting off the person in that lane, then proceeded to speed past myself and the car in front of me and then cut them off merging across 3 lanes of traffic from the HOV lane all the way into the right lane. He then preceded to tailgate the person in that lane and so forth. Funny enough, due to the flow of traffic, I caught up to him and my passenger was able to snap these photos. The driver of this company has no regard for anyone but themselves and is going to cause an accident one of these days. Due to this one experiment, I would never conduct business with people like this.

I love to support local family run businesses and Ivan and his charming wife Beverly (a friendly and professional receptionist I only know from her beautiful voice on the phone), are providing a top rate service at a very reasonable price point. Ivan spent almost 2 hours completely tuning and servicing my inside and outside HVAC system. He diagnosed a capacitor that was getting low and that did not surprise me as the unit has sat in the beat down hot sun for 4 years weathering the dust also. He can order the part and return in 4 days to replace it, again, at a very reasonable price. My neighbor was impressed as he saw him working and also set up an appointment. I will also have him do the tune up service on my brother and sister-in-law's home a few blocks away. Kudo's to another hometown business which is offering reliable, affordable, and friendly service to our community!
