As a member of the gym, I would see the athletes in their small group training sessions and was always impressed. The coaches are knowledgeable and encouraging and focused on training in safe and effective ways to better each kid in their specific areas. Just a heads up, you'll need to use their special branded mat since it's made for the heat (about $5). A couple things I didn't love: the TV in the sauna is placed pretty high, so your neck might start to hurt during the workout.
