To make matters worse, the company sent me nasty emails blaming me and taking no responsibility for their ineptness. For example, Jim said "How many calls a day do you take, Sherry? Do you think it's somewhere in the same neighborhood as the 40 to 50 calls a day that I deal with? Do you think that I should be expected to remember every detail of each of those phone conversations?" No, Jim. Not every detail, just the important ones. I would steer clear of this company.
