The prices were relatively decent and the work was done swiftly. I was told they normally don't do same day pick up but they had all of our pieces ready for us in about two hours. However, when the technician arrived at my house, they quoted $550 for the exact same issue I had already described over the phone. If I had been told upfront that the repair could cost this much, I would not have scheduled the appointment. Because I declined the repair, they still charged me a $100 inspection fee. This experience was very disappointing due to the lack of transparency about the pricing. Clear and honest estimates should be provided before sending a technician so customers can make an informed decision. For your information, I did called GE before calling these tech, the extended warranty is $350 to cover everything. My GE washer is front load purchased by 2022.
