My friend and I rented this location for a event…read morein November of this year, everything was agreed upon, from the rental fee to the amount of people allowed to attend to the duration of the party. We have people flying in from out of state, like myself and djs from California. We rented an airbnb for the weekend and all. Then one month exactly prior to the event the owner chose to change his mind for absolutely no reason. So we had to scramble to find another location for our event, or else we'd be out of the a few thousand dollars for lodging and airfare. Make sure you get a written contract as this guy is a terrible human being and I wouldn't want this to happen to you. BAD BUSINESS!!!!

We were so impressed that we didn't even explore any other Robson communities in the area. We were looking for a senior community that made you feel like you were away at Summer overnight camp. Well, that is exactly what we found; without the "popular jocks or mean girls". We spent 3 days in the rental home property and were completely SOLD on the community. We found everyone to be more than friendly, active, and willing to share ideas and make our experience the best it could be. We immediately felt like one of the community members. We explored both re-sales and new construction. There is nothing like new construction which affords you any and all of the amenities and designs that YOU want for about the same price as the re-sales. Don't let re-sales fool you. People do not leave because they do not love the community, they leave to be closer to their children as they age and require more supports. The Robson building experience surpasses all and any expectations. It is your own personal experience with an army of supports from the staff, booking agent, Mike our superintendent, to our personal customer service representative Charles. There are so MANY people to recognize, but my hand holders extraordinaire were Cozette in sales and Katie in design. I should stop now even though I really want tot go on. This bed and breakfast, located next to the Saguaro Forest outside of town, has only two bedrooms. You get one, and your hosts, Dan and Linda, take the other, and do everything to make your stay pleasant. The beautifully decorated house and wonderful land is at your disposal. We rented the hacienda for our wedding and Dan and Linda went out of their way to create a special atmosphere. Not only did they re-landscape the property to accommodate our ceremony and party, painstakingly relocating dozens of penstemons and cactus and cutting back the undergrowth to prevent unintended encounters with wildlife, they even got the phone company to remove some old telephone poles they thought might spoil the view. Our guests enjoyed a heavenly vision of the moon rising over the Tucson mountains as we said our vows. Dan and Linda took care of all the rentals, getting the tables, linens, and other necessities, coordinated with the caterers, and offered valet parking to our guests. They don't host too many weddings, so count yourself lucky if they agree to do yours. Also, be pretty specific about the details. There was, at times, some confusion regarding what they had agreed to do and what we needed to hire others to do. Ultimately, however, our wedding was just perfect. You couldn't ask for a more beautiful location: it's a paragon of the Sonoran Dessert. In the morning, Linda will bring you coffee or tea, as you choose, and Dan will cook breakfast at whatever time you require, to any taste or dietary restriction. If you enjoy dogs, their lovely pets, Bella and Gomez, will clamor for your attention and make you feel special. (If you do not enjoy dogs, they will be restricted to another room.) Take your breakfast in the garden, where hundreds of birds (in season) will hop around for your delight. We saw a hummingbird during our wedding reception, and quails, cardinals, doves, and woodpeckers while we ate omelets and potatoes. I only live about 3 miles north of this property and had no clue there was anything like this nearby. There is no shortage of space for meetings and conversations to happen. We had about 8 people stay at the property and you never felt like you were staying on top of each other. There is also hiking available and gorgeous metal art to view. It is hard to be bored here and it isn't too far from the regular comforts of the real world. Highly recommend this place.
