I already thought this was unfair. Why should I pay for clean carpets to the next tenant when they didn't even bother cleaning it for me? But the worst part is, after leaving the house better than we received it, we were still billed over $1,000 from our security deposit for them to paint dirty walls (that were exactly in the same state from the beginning of the lease). They also billed us for carpet cleaning even though we already payed for cleaners specifically from the company THEY asked for. This is what happens when you have good tenants but a shitty landlord. You need both to get 5 stars, but rincon deserves 1. If you do end up renting from them, don't even bother cleaning the house or hiring anyone, you'll just end up paying double.

I didn't particularly like the guy with his up sell as to me needing some sort of sanitizing light in the blower cavity for mold. The estimate was way over the top! But he checked out all parts of the system thoroughly, said things were in order, and that was great. Then the summer visit came yesterday and don't know where the communication breakdown came but when i talked to the scheduler a couple of months ago and made the appointment, I immediately documented it in my Google calendar. Well, yesterday's appointment was to be between 8 and 10 AM. Then 10 AM came and went, and so did 10:30 and 11:00 AM. I called at 11:30 and was told that my appointment was late afternoon. I said no thanks cancel my appt and hung up. Within about 20 minutes or so I get a call from technician David, whom was told to call and report to my home. Very nice guy, we talked about the system, do's and dont's. He went outside and checked things, hosed out the inside of Condensor fan housing and the coils. He said everything looked great and we were done. Upon reading other reviews, it looks like most customers had a good experience, so I as well would say they are worth a try.

I only live about 3 miles north of this property and had no clue there was anything like this nearby. There is no shortage of space for meetings and conversations to happen. We had about 8 people stay at the property and you never felt like you were staying on top of each other. There is also hiking available and gorgeous metal art to view. It is hard to be bored here and it isn't too far from the regular comforts of the real world. Highly recommend this place.
