The staff and Doctor were fantastic, loving to both my my girl and me! To the hateful lady who was out in the lobby we all heard you! May God have mercy on your soul for what you said! I have been here many of times and I have seen clients act out over having to wait because an emergency happened. If your dog or cat was in trouble, would you want them to just make you sit in the lobby? While they took the next appointment that was fine. Is that how you talk to your doctor's office when something like that happens there? These are real people with kind hearts! They are doing things that you and I could never do on a daily basis. They can be in one room, getting to see precious new kittens or puppies and their next room is a sweet old client they've seen for 16 years and they are blessed to be the ones who are helping him cross the Rainbow Bridge but it's still not easy for them. People need to stop acting so entitled. Come in say hello, ask them how they are fir a change. Be gracious that their staff does their absolute best for you no matter who you are. They cannot help the cost of things, its out of their control. Do you go to the grocery store and yell at the clerk because of the cost of a box of cereal or milk or eggs? Stop being so disrespectful to people on another side of the counter, you don't want that at your workplace!

Have taken my pets here for many years. They have always been great to work a pet in with a sudden…read moreillness. They understand that not all vet visits can be planned in advance. So I would never complain if I have to sit and wait until they can work us in. Just grateful that the staff has enough compassion to help me and my pets when we need it, regardless of how busy they are.
