My experience with this company and especially Carlos was amazing! I called to get a quote to remove a large, overgrown mango tree in my back yard. Carlos answered the phone and agreed to come out the next day - on Good Friday to give a quote. He answered all my questions and was professional and knowledgable, and emailed me a quote within 48 hours. He sent me an email to sign contract if I wanted to do the job. I decided to sign up and when I did he called me soon after to schedule job. On night before the job Carlos sent me an email to confirm job for next day. On the day of the job the crew showed up and began work pruning the tree and consulted me on how I wanted the tree trimmed to my satisfaction. They worked all day, completed the work and cleaned up the yard to my satisfaction. I highly recommend this company! With such competitive pricing, they came in under others in the area. We were blown away and highly impressed by the work Carlos and his crew did. They were so friendly and professional. We had a big job, and they accomplished the task WICKED fast. I mean, it was unbelievable. They took care of 6 trees in total (removed 3 north Norfolk pines, removed 1 Banyan, trimmed 1 mango and 1 Royal poinciana), which were all very large, all in less than 2 days. They showed up an hour early to the job and got to work right away. They downed the 3 Northfolk pines (at least 50- 60 feet high) all before 10 a.m. Carolos is not only skilled at removing trees but also an arborist, and he graciously gave me advice and tips about other trees around my property. Used this company for help cleaning up our yard. Coconut trees and bamboo were out of control. They cleaned it up well, and pruned our citrus and avocado trees too. Was happy with the work and price so decided to bring them back to work on another section of the property. They spent the next visit working on overgrown keawe trees and a big mango tree getting too close to the house. They responded quickly to my requests and left the area well cleaned. The guys did a great job for Paniolo Preservation Society in thinning out a tree line and taking out about a dozen trees behind Historic Pukalani Stables in Waimea. Carlos is a great guy and I couldn't ask for a better job done. We had very tall cypresses surrounded by guava in Ahualoa to remove & the PAC team took it out, no problem. Carlos was sensitive to the fact that we also had some cinnamon mixed in there and he managed to save it, which I really appreciated! We will definitely call him again for future jobs.
