I actually went to another attorney and found out I had a very, very strong case. This attorney was Able to pull up my case and look at it. He told me I had a dynamite case but would lose because this stupid novice attorney was wet behind the ears. He was correct! Mr. Christiansen intentionally lost me my case because i told him I was ready to yank my case from him. He did just that. He taught me a lesson. Even though the other party accepted 100% liability, I didn't get but 10% of what he told me I would get. He should not be practicing law with a bad temper and bad attitude. Just a bad person with a cocky attitude. I sued the wealthiest corporation in the world. He postponed my case over and over again and lied to me about the postponements. He told me the other party asked for the postponements. He had me go to all of these doctors and paid them a ton of money out of my settlement! I had my own personal doctors I had been with for many years that were willing to go to court and testify on my behalf. That I would never be like I was before the accident. My personal doctors were paid about 25% of what they billed the practice for. The doctors he hired were all paid the full amount they billed him for. That shocked the hell out of me. That in itself made me realize he Is a very, very bad attorney that really thinks he can pull the wool over his clients' eyes. DO NOT USE Mr. Christiansen. If you have any kind of a head on your shoulders and confront him about anything, he gets extremely angry. Do not step on his toes! He will intentionally lose your case if you make him angry. Bad, bad attitude and a very bad temper. He should not be practicing law. SHAME ON Rozier and Nelson.
