Alta Land Survey has completed many surveys but mainly ALTA Surveys. Very often the closing of a loan is dependent on a quality Survey. ALTA over the last 10-years has responded quickly, professionally, to the needs of our schedule with quality product everytime. They have completed small jobs as well as large jobs out of town. The customer support, and experience is excellent. But most of all for me is there timely support, excellent work product, quick response to comments, and follow-up to make sure there were no issues. I cannot recommend Miguel and ALTA for any size survey for the mentioned reasons above. When I called this afternoon, the person who answered the phones asked what kind of survey I needed in which I requested a boundary survey. She immediately said that Alta was far to busy of a company to bother with boundary surveys and they were focusing only on construction surveys. My issue is not that the company is 'too busy', but in the lack of questions asked about my project-- not even a question on the address of the project. If more questions were asked she may have discovered that I happened to be needing a survey for a very large project on 4 parcels and, that could have led to the construction survey as well down the line. We never got there as I was shut down immediately and quite curtly. An additional comment would be to have a recommendation ready of a different company to refer the work to if that is not Alta's focus right now. I would have found that a very acceptable response to being busy. If either of those things had happened I would not be writing this review right and would still think about calling Alta next time I have a project.

Farid (the owner) was not only fast to respond, taking the time to FaceTime with me while he proactively looked up our property map, but he was also very fairly priced and quick to schedule. I got a lot of runaround's from other companies of how much something like this could cost but Farid was very straight forward on what we'd owe depending on what they could find. His droning team came out within a week and Farid turned around the survey map a week later. Highly recommend Mission land !

We NEEDED our property surveyed. Our neighbors changed their minds after an agreement that we could build our wall on the property line. I hired Coffman Land Consulting, Inc. in May of 2023. Rick came out to my property in May and completed the work. He made a mistake and and surveyed 5 acres and I only own 3 acres. I notified him of his mistake and two moths later (July 2023) Rick came back out to the property and completed the proper 3 acre survey. Since July of 2023, I have corresponded with Rick on several occasions. Each time we communicate he tells me that the survey map has been completed and will send it over. It's been 15 months and I still don't have the completed map. Last month (September 2024) I emailed Rick again and requested the map and a number to the San Bernardino County Recorders office to check the status of the record of survey. He has not replied to me since. I have also called him several times and he sends me to his voicemail. I've left messages and he does not call me back. Next step is to file a complaint with The Better Business Bureau and contact the San Bernardino County Recorders Office to verify if he has actually submitted the paperwork. If you want to deal with someone with bad communication skills hire Coffman Land Consulting, Inc. I have attached some of the emails correspondence with Rick.
