After talking to the owner briefly, she offered me a good price for the propane as a new customer. Five days ago when I scheduled propane delivery I was told that it would be done within two weeks. Today I saw the EZ Propane truck arrive at our house. I told the friendly driver Allen that I was surprised to see him so soon. He replied that he and his boss decided to extra work hard to make propane deliveries as soon as possible before the very cold weather that is predicted to arrive a few days from now. That is what I call good customer oriented service !

This truck was only $10 more than the 10' and included 6 hours of rental time vs 4 hours for the 10'. We made a reservation online for convenience. The truck was clean inside. Our only gripe was the dirty windshield. It was so filthy you could see someone's writing on it! Not the best when driving a rental. Also the gas tank wasn't completely full (7/8), and on the paperwork the desk lady marked it as full. Luckily my husband was smart and took a photo of it once we got in the truck, in case there werw any questions. The guy who checks in the return trucks noticed we didn't return it completely full, so we showed him the photo and he was fine with it and there were no issues. The employees at this location were friendly and helpful. We had no issues with the rental process, truck or return process. Would recommend.

It's smaller than the big box stores and less busy. There's always people available to answer questions or help you quickly find what you need. Prices are a little higher than the big box stores, but we mainly come here out of convenience, and when we don't want to fight the crowds on the weekends elsewhere. They have a nice variety of plants and flowers during spring and summer too! It's fun to peruse their outdoor patio area. Overall we enjoy coming to this store. They always have what we need and everyone is super nice and helpful. The store is always clean and well organized. Would highly recommend.

Conveniently located near Vancouver Mall, near shopping, restaurants and Wells Fargo Bank. They offer a rewards program where you can earn savings on gas and convenience store items. You can keep track of your rewards on their free app. You can also set the app up so they automatically email you a receipt for your gas transactions when you enter your phone number for available rewards on the gas pump. I love this feature because sometimes pumps won't print a receipt. This location also has a convenience store with a large variety of snacks, beverages and last minute staple groceries for a quick stop on your way home. Overall a nice, clean gas station in a high traffic location. Accessibility is easy to enter and exit. I would recommend this location.

He got another appointment and they said Mid January and my husband had to interject and ask if they wanted our address or phone number, things they should have asked and now they just emailed my husband stating they needed to cancel our appointment and they are booked out until February now. It would have been nice to be told they just aren't interested in our business. We have a generator that requires propane and lose power often due to where we live. We now are in January and learn they aren't coming once again and I love how they're website says "our business is customer satisfaction" What a joke. Looks like we will be finding our own propane tank and setting it up and find another company to buy a tank and go through Ferrel Gas to get it filled and this also will cost us a ton of money, much more than if suburban was decent and cared about customers and wanted new ones.
