Our kids have thrived at Pacific Integrated Martial Arts! They've gained strength, confidence, and improved social skills. The discipline and focus they've developed are evident. Padme is fantastic, she consistently finds resources and strategies for helping our kids achieve their next level goals and encourages them to reach outside their comfort zone. We have been with PIMA for 5 years both of my children are students. I can say enough about the benefits physically and mentally to our children building healthy mental and physical life habits. Padme is a wonderful teacher and influence for our kids. PIMA Highly recommended! read more

The instruction is thorough, adaptive, and accommodating to all levels of fitness, ability and age. I have complete confidence, trust and faith in the well experienced teachers of this school. The environment is a supportive one where quick friendships are formed, and you're treated like family. With a few years and a few schools under my belts, I can honestly say that you'd be hard pressed to find a better place to learn and grow than Pacific Integrated Martial Arts! read more

They covered some great BJJ moves in the advanced class, and a lot of great sparring with a variety of belts in the competition class. I personally liked how they leaned into a well known competition loss from about a decade ago. I remember that occurring when we started our jiu jitsu journey, and love how it created so much growth and development in his game. Looking forward to visiting again. In addition, this school not only teaches the physical aspects of taekwondo but the culture and values. They instill values by having "Home Rules" of respect and encourage them to become leaders.
