I received the confirmation email the night before saying that my appointment was still going to be at this location. When I arrived in the AM, this sign was posted, saying that their location was closed for the day, and instructed me to go somewhere else. There was no email nor text to the patients saying that the office would be closed that day. I had to cancel my bloodwork and subsequently my annual physical early next week because the next lab appointment that would fit my schedule was over a week away. As I'm sure you know, annual physicals book out months in advance. When I tried to call the office location, the call line sent me to voicemail several times and the voicemail box was full. I was finally able to get in touch with someone on the 4th try. They were polite and apologetic, but at this point, I'll be seeking an appointment elsewhere.

Tip: when asked on the Check In machine, only select 1 reason for the visit , not 2, otherwise your Check In will not be registered. I had to wait until a person arrived at the front desk to ask why I couldn't complete checking in, then suddenly, my phone # was in LINE on the monitor! When I was called back for my blood drawn, I told the staff, I also need to also leave an urine sample. This was when I learned the Check In software can only handle 1 reason for the visit. Because I selected 2 things that needed to be done, the software couldn't handle it and booted me off. Bottom line, the staff made a label for me and gave me a canister and instructions. So if you have more than just a blood draw, just select blood draw and tell the staff you have another thing you need to do.. Overall this visit was fast and easy, except for the snafu on Checking In without any staff assistance.
