Nurses usually struggle to find a vein on me, but Rocio found it instantly!!!. She was incredibly quick and friendly.

zero stars - horrible horrible experience. when a company requires a blood test has to be done within three days, but all of their appointments are like two weeks out and the only place that does walk ins is in the boonies 45 minute drive each way. read more

Absolutely horrible place. Make an appointment, show up and they are closed. No email, text or call letting you know. I went to the downtown one n a bunch of us are standing outside. There's a note on the door saying they are closed. I make another appointment for Santa Monica- only places near West Hollywood that's does work drug screening. The other local locations do not have that service. Same think happened in Santa Monica. read more

Labcorp This place is nice. Standarized space and services. The difference is the lady here is very gentle in taking the blood that I don't feel anything until it is done. She is also very polite and efficient. I like this place and the services. As long as you make an appointment, you don't need to wait too long. The drawback is maybe only 2-3 people here. Phone calls are kinda hard to go through when it is close to 4pm. Well, not just this place, of course. Overall, it is a nice place. They know what they are doing. read more

For the test I need, I have to take salt pills for three consecutive days, which severely affects my blood pressure. After this, I have to collect a 24-hour urine sample. About six weeks ago, I took the completed sample to the LabCorp location in Santa Monica. This LabCorp is horribly understaffed, with only one technician juggling the front desk and lab work. The technician neglected to include my doctor's specific instructions for what to test for, resulting in incomplete test results. Since then, I've been desperately trying to get this resolved through their customer support. I've emailed them four times, and each response has been the same: they claim to have forwarded my message to the site's leadership team. Yet, I have never received any follow-up. This experience has been infuriating. I now have to endure this difficult test again, and I absolutely refuse to use LabCorp ever again. Their negligence in testing and complete disregard for customer service is unacceptable. LabCorp has shown an appalling lack of professionalism and accountability. read more

I spent 24 hours collecting urine (fun) for a test. The complete incompetence of this office needs to be dealt with as they messed up, my test couldn't be performed and my 24 hours were wasted. This negligence is too common here. Will never use labcorp again. read more

If I could do 0 star I would , the worst lab I have ever been at , my appointment was at 12.30 , I got there 7-8 minutes early , I was sitting there till 1.20 and they weren't even done with the paperwork, they are extremely slow , and takes them forever even going through the appointments let alone taking care of you , during the one hour I was there 3-4 ppl left saying they'll go somewhere else , avoid this place go to quest much better service read more

This place is awful. The people at the front desk are rude (prioritizing talking to each other and showing each other things on their phone instead of helping patients) . They are dismissive as people approach them rudely tell you to go check in at the kiosk, go sit down (there are nicer ways to say things). And they simply lack finesse and professionalism. Lapcorp has a monopoly it seems so they manage to get away with such low standards. Avoid if you can. read more

I have had my blood drawn dozens of time and to date there has only ever been one person who could find my vein in my arm. I've had surgeries and the nurses have gone straight to my hand for the IV. John was incredible. He was fast, professional, and confident. He asked which arm I preferred (the only successful arm draw was in my left arm) and then managed in 5 sec to hit the vein. I was in and out of there in 5 min. So thankful for someone as skilled as John. There was also no wait because I had an appointment and no one was in the waiting room either. This place is in the 1821 building on the 2nd floor. Do not exit the building when you get off the elevators. It is adjacent to the elevator. read more

Getting blood drawn is never a pleasant experience, especially since I have Lyme disease and very small veins that are hard to draw blood from. However, my phlebotomist, Rosie, was so patient and kind when drawing my blood. She went above and beyond in her care when treating me. It took almost an hour to get all the vials I needed to get drawn and I know how annoying it must have been for her. Other phlebotomists have sent me home, told me to come back another time, but I am so happy we were able to get it all done in one shot. read more

I have been using Labcorp for my bloodwork for the past few years and I have always been happy. It was my first time going there as a walk-in and I truly liked the process. Although I didn't have an appointment, they were very welcoming and speedy progress. Easy street Parking. Semi Friendly staff and very helpful. The gentleman who processed my work was helpful, answered all my questions and completed my requests immediately. It took them 3 days to provide me with the results which I thought is a little too long. They also don't have an app to track your results and you still have to wait for the actual paper copy and they send it to your doctor. That may be my only concern in the future. Other than that, I was fully happy satisfied with my experience. read more

I came here for a job related drug test. There is definitely some inconsistency with their online vs automated phone message regarding scheduling an appt. (For those wondering, you don't need one for drug testing. Just show up between 9-11am.) There isn't a stationary person at the front desk, so hopefully you won't have questions that need answered by a human. What makes this place decent is the tech John G. How do you get this place shut down? There's no way to contact them to inquire about lab results that have taken well over a week. Ask your provider, business, or school to send you somewhere else for lab work. Starve them of funds, and let's see them sing a different tune. And now they're saying they can't find my lab collection. Thankfully, I have a chain of custody form. If you absolutely MUST come here; KEEP YOUR CHAIN OF CUSTODY FORM OR ANY RECEIPTS THEY GIVE YOU because they are indeed incompetent. And they don't care. read more

Today I had blood work done. i had to wait 15 minutes inside a room and the technician showed up at the room's door first with the mask BELOW his nose, that is., covering only his mouth. Go to another lab. It's been THREE WEEKS since my blood work was done here and I haven't even been able to get in touch with anyone there, neither has my doctor's office who ordered the blood work. I have left multiple voicemails, I have emailed, and my doctor's office has tried calling and faxing. This is not ok when your health is on the line. Do not go to this place. You wait for hours. Very bad customer service. Not caring. I took my 10 year old son there and they had no consideration for him. The guy who took his blood didn't even care he was fainting from taking too much blood, he finally stopped bcus no more blood was coming out. He should have stop sooner and call the doctor office. He was careless toward a kid who is fainting. Maybe he should have suggested to draw blood in 2 sessions or go and come back after he eats some food. My son was fasting but I don't think it was necessary for the whole test. Anyhow, choose another place. Bathroom was really bad and dirty. Tape all over it. Seems like they closed everything with tape so people who go there for drug test can't cheat. Horrible place... specially if you are taking your kids there. Too bad they closed 10th street location. I'm giving LabCorp 5 stars because of John and Rosa. They are stellar health care professionals and all-around good humans. Any company that is worth a damn is because of the great people that work there. I've been there twice in the last year. I was in and out, rather quickly, both times. That being said, I'm not thrilled with LabCorp's electronic check-in where they scan your driver's license. What do you do with that info? It seems like overkill. read more

I'm not sure why this one has such a bad review. I've been here twice (a year apart since it's for my physical), and both times I've had a great experience. First time I made an appointment and they were able to take me in before my appointment time. This year I decided to not make an appointment and I was seen right away. I usually go in the mornings before 10, and there isn't more than one other person in there with me. The staff is sweet, and able to draw blood quick and painlessly. The facility is clean and orderly...I mean, what more do you want? Looking at other reviews, I'm thinking maybe this place gets busier later in the day, so maybe go before your lunch break. read more

I had a positive experience at this LabCorp location yesterday. I went there without a scheduled appointment to get some bloodwork done. Although the company requires its patients to schedule an appointment ahead of time, the staff, specifically Andres, was kind enough to accommodate me and not turn me away. He was also the phlebotomist who drew my blood very well and with ease. His sense of humor and professionalism were both greatly appreciated. The facility itself is a bit rundown and could use some clean up, but overall my experience with the staff was very positive. To me, that takes precedence over pristine cleanliness (although in an ideal world, they would not be mutually exclusive). read more
