The Forest Bathing is not actually showering or bathing with water in the forest how my husband thought LOL, but rather a slow and meditative gather along a well maintained trail. Erica asks introspective questions, invites everyone to look or feel for the unexpected and become washed or "bathed" in the forest healing power; to look for the calm and relief from everyday stressors.
