    As always the manager runs around leaving the same 2 employees in which one shut down the line…read morewhile I'm writing this review. Now one person is running the entire line with multiple people always in line. I'm tired of them soliciting to get new accounts, credit cards, etc all the time. The manager here is super rude and always bothering the customer in line EVERG SINGLE TIME IM HERE. Like please let me come in peace and go do your job. Help the tellers who are clearly struggling because you do NOTHING and walk around all day. The manager then proceeded to have an attitude when I told her I wanted a bank teller not her. And the bank teller helped me with a smile.

    Well first of all you could stop holding people's checks for absolutely no reason whatsoever but to…read moremake interest off of other people's money wrongfully like a criminal my checks finances were transferred into your stinking Bank 7 days ago but you're still holding my $10,000 even though you've already been paid for it 7 days ago and even though you say the only reason you hold checks is to make sure you get paid for the check which is a absolute bald-faced lie. And how about not holding checks for 10 days they were issued by your own freaking Bank my workman's comp checks come from Omaha insurance company who banks with Bank of America and you would hold my checks for 10 days your own checks once I made a big enough stink about it it finally stopped but I have had many problems with cashing checks and even though the funds become available to you you don't give them to the customer right away you use that money you get 10 million people who cashed a check for $10,000 and if you hold it for 10 days how much is that let's see 10 million $10,000 a piece okay that's 1 billion dollars right I wonder just how much interest you can make off of a billion dollars in 10 days I bet it's a lot more than 0% because you gave the person's money to them when you were supposed to but why do that when you can make millions off of people's money like little criminals like little pawn shop punks you people disgust me. You know what's hilarious is the $10,000 check is a settlement check for my class action lawsuit that I won and the day that I found out about all this and what was going on their CEO got on the phone with me and the bank representative and told him the funds had been released to him and he had been paid 7 days prior even though the representative said that we were waiting for the funds to be transferred which was an absolute lie so my class action lawsuit lawyer told your representative who he was and that we will be filing another class action lawsuit against Bank of America. By the way I got that settlement check because I don't file frivolous lawsuits I only file a lawsuit especially a class action lawsuit when I know I'm going to win !And by the way don't bother sending me one of those idiotic oh I'm so sorry you had a bad experience at our bank skip it you don't mean it so don't say it scumbag. One final thing too that really bothers me when I see 20 people standing in line and I'll see three people representatives of your bank walking around with their fingers up their nose or their fingers up their ass doing nothing instead of helping customers that is no way to do business.

    I was told specifically by the small business department who I spoke to on the phone to go into the…read morebranch and ask for a specific form. The employee at this branch questioned me about what I was told several times and was insisting that I should be able to accomplish what I need to accomplish online even though I explained that I already tried it with the representative who I spoke with on the phone. Because I started getting annoyed after being questioned and doubted several times about the information I had provided, a senior employee decided that it was appropriate for him to come out and defend the other employee who it turns out is new. I'm sorry but if you're a new employee and your customer is telling you something that they're not able to accomplish online because that is exactly what the online rep told them then maybe instead of continuing to question and doubt the customer you should pick up the phone and call someone and inquire about a process that you are unfamiliar with. So instead this senior employee decided to say that I was the one that was being unreasonable. I will never go into this branch again I will not be treated that way and I recommend you don't either.. perhaps training your new employees more appropriately would have been the better way to handle this rather than taking it out on the customer. Pathetic excuse for any type of customer service.
