Our older son was completely charmed by this bank on a visit here from the U.K., as he sat with Cindy Ponce to open accounts with Bank of Marin after closing out accounts with Wells-Fargo. What a contrast Ms. Ponce's professionalism and friendliness were against his experience with Wells Fargo which had caused him gross inconvenience because of a forgotten pin number no matter what identification and documentation he provided them --- to the point of themselves being suspect as offensive and untrustworthy.
