The dentists are nice, the reception staff are friendly and seem pretty competent ( good with appointments and billing). Magazines in the waiting room are old, but I guess thats not really what you go to the dentist for huh......Oh and most importantly, I never dread coming here. I was given the Email contacts of the dentists involved with me, I can contact them any time with questions and concerns. WOW! Just to have a tooth removed or cleaned I got headphones to listen to music of my choice while having the procedure. I forgot I was at the dentist. They have the latest modern technology, which makes it a fast and reliable diagnosis and treatment. My tooth was removed within minutes, pain free, because of the modern techology. I always felt safe in the hands of these dentists. I had my crowns done earlier, and I am considering a second major dental work now. He adopts state of the art technology at his practice and has a network of respected and esteemed specialists in Melbourne which placed me in the hands of one of the best Periodontal surgeons in the state. My husband required complicated extractions and jaw surgery. Dr Paino was available outside of business hours on his personal mobile to provide support to my husband late at night when he was extremely unwell after being released from hospital. Last month my son was due to fly interstate but was unwell with an infection related to wisdom teeth. We messaged Dr Paino on a Saturday night to seek his advice and he immediately responded and provided a telehealth appointment and arranged for a script to be sent to a 24 hour chemist. This meant our son was well enough to travel a few days later. We can't thank him enough for his expertise, kindness and willingness to provide such out of scope help and support without expecting anything in return. He is not only an excellent practitioner but someone very special who treats his patients like family. We can't thank or recommend him highly enough.
