I walked in hoping to get a message and the lady told me to put a $20 tip on my card before she even started the service. First of all it's rude to ask for a $20 tip before I lay in your bed. Came here because my sciatica was bothering me and I needed a good deep tissue massage. My therapist did not disappoint. I typically am never satisfied with the pressure, but she was very strong and exceeded all expectations. At $50 for an hour, I'll be back frequently. The room was clean, the massage therapist spoke clear English and also gave me some pointers regarding the Chinese cupping I get done. Overall, I'm pleasantly surprised and highly satisfied. They're not Burke Williams, or anything fancy but you will receive a great massage at a very reasonable price. My therapist was Jenny. If you go there, ask for her. read more

Walked in not expecting much and got exactly that - not much. Older lady takes me to room and proceeds to cough and burp over me thruout entire massage that felt rushed and very unprofessional. Lots of commotion outside that kept my "masseuse" yelling back and forth to her co workers during most of my lame massage. Won't be returning. read more

So, I'm on a quest for the perfect combination of price, quality and convenience from a stripmall massage/spa. I know, I know, a dicey proposition to begin with. But, I'm convinced that given the plethora of these places with new ones springing up all the time in nearly every neighborhood, there must be one within 10 miles of my home that can deliver a relaxing massage without giving me the creeps. I'm not looking for the entire spa experience with cushy robes, real slippers, relaxation room with snacks and lemon water, or high end décor. I'll settle for clean, professional and moderately trained staff. After all, you get what you pay for and $60 just doesn't go that far these days. Having been disappointed a number of times at other places; I had low expectations for my first visit to this "spa". From entering, I noticed that the décor was tastefully done in a minimalist style. The counter person was friendly and attentive. I was asked to pay up front, which could have been problematic for tipping as I was paying with plastic. And there was a $1 surcharge, but no problem. I was escorted back to my cubicle - ahem - I mean room and told to disrobe but to leave my underwear on. This seemed a bit strange to me since it's never happened before and it made me wonder of there had been some past allegations of misconduct or if their staff was very prudish or if their general clientele was just very sketchy. But, I put those musings aside as I prepared to give myself over to the experience and deeply relax for the next hour. Of course, that was a bit difficult because the wall partitions did not go all the way to the ceiling which meant that the whir of the washers and dryers could be heard, as well as some other patron's conversation. Obviously they were not there for a "relaxing" massage since they were chatting up a storm without using their library voice. In any case, the low music in the background helped muffle that a bit. I didn't have to wait long for the MT to enter and I was encouraged that she asked me how much pressure I wanted. I asked for medium since I'm delicate. (I know what you're thinking - why didn't she go for deep tissue, everybody knows that's the best. Well, it's over prescribed and under performed in my opinion; but more on that another time.) She started out with a medium stroke that was somewhat lacking in the finer points (incomplete, didn't follow musculature, poor transitions) but felt okay. However, the massage deteriorated from there. You might think the complete absence of a routine, the frenetic movement from one side of the table to the other or the leaving the room 4 times without a word were the most disconcerting parts of the massage, but you'd be wrong. It's a toss up between tucking the drape into my underwear for a killer wedgie (not once, but twice) and getting up on the table and straddling me. I don't know about you, but I'm not expecting the MT to join me on the table unless I'm paying extra for the "happy ending". Besides making me uncomfortable, it didn't even add to the experience. I gave this place 3 stars because it's not the worst I've been to (how sad is that?) and it could be improved by merely teaching their MT how to do a simple effleurage. read more

I love this place. Ya'll are cheap if you want to complain over $50 an hour. I will admit, not all of the women are the same. Some have more massage experience than others, but an hour for that price... I'm not complaining. If you want a completely isolated room (open ceiling could be for security reasons), you're likely going to cough up more dollars at a chain or fancier establishment. Private enough for me, very clean, and very calm. Everyone is really nice too. Thumbs up to a wonderful crew. read more

I tried this place before reading a review, it's near my home and it was low priced so I thought I would give it a try. I must admit I went in there with the hopes that this massage would culminate in a happy ending, but would have also been grateful for a good relaxing massage. The lady came in to the room about 5 minutes after I'd been shown in. She started on my back , then moved to my shoulders and neck for about 30 minutes of my hour. Finally she moved toward my legs but only for a short then moved back to my shoulders. She never touched my glutes. I never felt rushed, but the whole time she was being very soft almost like if she was waiting for the akward pause to begin the happy treatment. I noticed that my hour was almost up so I made the first move. I asked if I could give her an extra tip for happy ending, she said no and quickly ended my massage with about 5 minutes to spare. I would not go back there again, not only because I didn't get what I was looking for, but I don't think I even got what they were offering... A good massage. read more

I am not a picky person. I have never disliked a massage I have had until I went to this place. The price was reasonable for a 30 minute massage. It was $35. I pay the $35 go into the room and wait and wait and wait for the message therapist to finish with another client. I was told it would be 5 minutes. I'm pretty sure it was at least 10. So the girl works on my back and works on my back. I had to ask her to massage my legs. I seriously don't think she was going too. She was horrible at giving massages, seriously. So, then I was asked if I wanted a table shower. I have always been curious about these so I said I would give it a try for $15. Well, I'm lead into the table shower room after waiting another 5 minutes for this lady to clean the room and then she begins basically just showering me off on the table for only I'm guessing about 5 minutes. Well, everything is ok at this point. I feel like I just wasted $50, but whatever. However, when I give this lady a $20 she refuses to give me my change. She actually started to become what I can only describe as hostile. She told me she worked hard on me and deserves a tip. Well, that is the worst massage I've ever had in my life and I am quite sure that this "table shower" was supposed to be way more thorough. In addition to this, it was supposed to be a 30 minute massage. I'm pretty sure the entire episode with the table shower was all of 30 minutes. I feel completely ripped off. This lady should be stripped of her Massage therapist license if she even has one. Also, isn't a massage supposed to be relaxing. Does relaxing include yelling to the lady in the next room in Chinese while giving a massage. I assume she was making snide comments about the previous customer at the time. I heard their exchange and he sounded very polite to me. I am pretty perceptive and although I don't speak Chinese I am very sure she was saying something derogatory about the previous client who had just left. All in all this is the worst massage establishment I have ever been to. I should have said no to the table shower, but I was just too curious to see what it was. What it was at this place was a complete ripoff followed by money stolen from me. This place should be shut down. They are horrible. Do Not go to this place. I promise you even though it is cheap it is still a ripoff and I still cannot believe I was just forced to give a $5 tip for the worst massage of my entire life. read more
