I decided to try this location, as I was needing a massage due to my weeky massage location has been closed since March due to COVID19. I liked how you can pre-pay your time slot, but since I was booking for 2 people, I decided to call and make my appt. It was a 60 minutes massage for $60. Our appt was Sunday, July 12th, 2020 at 7pm. We were in a private room with relaxing music and very clean and professional. My masseuse was Lily, and she did an awesome job with pressure. I have limited mobility on my right shoulder due to tension and a pinched nerve. Not only did my tension decrease by 50%, my whole body was relaxed. Masseuse would not let me leave until I tipped her more. My tip was perfectly appropriate for the service and length that was provided. This place used to be a cool spot, but me and My Wife went yesterday for a massage and during my massage, I told the lady that a little bit rougher would be OK But during the massage, she'll literally was going so hard I was being shaken off the table and whenever I was in a lot of pain and they knew that they would start laughing amongst the two of them. This was the worst a craziest massage. Massage starts but within minutes the girl leaves for so long that I got dressed to leave. She promised extra time but after a few minutes she is yelling and fighting with another woman. I asked if I could have a massage with no yelling..but no. I got a 1 hour massage, the fee was $55, charged $3 for credit card payment and told me she was adding the tip to credit card. I told her I would give a cash tip, she said "we ask 20 dollar tip". This used to be my Go to massage place. However, the few times before the last that I went, the massage women weren't so nice nor gave a satisfying experience. Their wall posts a high tip n would be asked to give more if you do not give enough. However, the last time I went back the management has changed. No set prices are listed and seemed the price could have been made up from the moment I prepaid for my service. Super clean and well run. Linda has magic hands and knows just were the tension and sore areas are. Be prepared to tip when paying for your services when you first arrive. They have never turned their noses up because of the amount I can afford to tip. They are always grateful for my business. They are constantly laundering and cleaning in between clients. The expectation is to tip 40%-60% here or they will ask for more money. If you only tip 20%, the owner will confront you. They say it's not about the percentage and it's the standard in LA to tip $20-$30 for a 55 min massage, but any Google search for massage tipping is 20%. If they expect you to pay a bigger tip, they should increase their prices or pay the staff more. read more

Legit deep tissue massage. Asked if I preferred it hard and replied, yes. Dug out several problem areas in my back, legs and glutes. It's a no frills place, but they know what they're doing. Debating if I want 90 minutes massage or 60 and a 30 minute foot massage on my next visit. Walked into this spa with a little dog barking behind the counter, must have been the owner that was ear-piercing, yelling to be quiet in Chinese to the dog. When I entered in the room, I informed the masseuse that I was in terrible pain. I squirmed the entire 1/2 hr of the intense pressure she was using with her thumbs. I Kept on saying "easy", and stop. Never experienced such a painful experience. So when it was over, I wanted to still tip her, out of respect to her. Even though she deserves something, wasn't about to hand over my big bill, so I asked for change, she didn't understand or was upset, so went to the owner, whom made a single comment in Chinese, as my masseuse chuckled...know doubt it was an insult to me. Didn't mind paying in advance, like they usually ask in advance, but I've never experienced a terrible time...a time to relax and ease into my pain, rather than the total opposite. It was a good massage, but I am having specific issues and it is difficult to communicate this to the masseuse due to communication barrier. I would like a more spa feeling with aromatherapy, etcetera, but that is a personal preference and not anything they did wrong. read more

It was my first time going to this establishment. I received a certificate for Christmas. My appointment time was 9am on Saturday. The employee did not get there and In the place until 9:02. She brought a dog with her, whom was yapping at me, then she started to yell at the dog. mind you all of this was happening while she was getting the room ready for my massage. Then we proceed into the room for the massage. The sheet wasn't even full length. I get ready and She comes back in the room. Then she answers the phone during my massage in a loud voice. During the massage she is not consistent with the massage. And Then she leaves the room for materials for the massage. The whole experience wasn't pleasant or relaxing. Then the time was cut short considering we started way after 9am. I handed her the certificate and She asked for a tip. And she kept repeating herself saying "What, No cash tip, No Tip?!?" I use to come here often and the pricing for the quality of the service was good. I think this place went to new owners, as my last visit was horrible. Not only am suspicious the person massaging was pouring sweat and wiping it with his hands and continue massaging me... but it was no good.
