They gave me a good ballpark, were very communicative during scheduling and prior communications. When I showed up to my brothers place the day before I contacted them to let them know it would be about twice what I initially expected. They showed up on-time, quickly removed everything, and we were still within a reasonable amount above estimate with the additional stuff to be removed. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again or recommend them.

Dave Hall with Elite was hired to complete a double bathroom remodel at our home. I would never…read morerecommend this project manager to anyone. My previous experience 12 years ago was awesome. This experience for Feb-April was horrific. They overcharged for items, they attempted to put extremely cheap shower doors in verses the ones We spoke about that had thick glass and beautiful design. The master shower was originally so small it barely fit one. We ended up having it ripped out and tile put in and they charged us for their mistakes and that of the electricians. Very unhappy customer. Our shower doors do not remain closed, they are still installed improperly and they made numerous excuses. They over charged for the new ceiling exhaust fans that can't even suck a single piece of toilet paper. When asked they said it's our poor circulation. I have so many things wrong and will need to find a carpenter to fix at some point. I have copies of all my invoices for items and it took three weeks to get copy of final bill. I do not recommend anyone using Elite. In My opinion and that of several family members and friends they did a horrible job!
