Her quality of life is suffering and is now worse than ever after a month and a half of appeals. A 93 year old woman who was fully taking care of herself, rototilling the garden the day before her stroke, managed her own bills, shopping etc. She's now on a walker, incontinent, can't make food for herself or even grab a snack, doesn't know what time of day it is, needs help dressing and in the bathroom, in active dementia, hallucinating , screaming and crying when family is helping her or not, and Kaiser said she doesn't qualify under their guidelines to receive adequate medical care she needs to get back to baseline or close to. They said she has to qualify for Medicaid to get help from a facility. So drain her bank account and let them put a lien on her property to qualify for help. I bet if this was their family member, she would've received the necessary help she didn't get from the start.

Not only did the nurse weigh my daughter almost a whole 2 pounds LESS than she is, the pediatrician (Arvy Wuysang) had no regards in my concern of teething and less appetite from teething. This incorrect weight also added another 3 additional appointments which were totally unnecessary. Very disappointed in our experience. You think they would think something was off and weigh again. Would not recommend.

He gets home and collapses because his defibrillator went off twice and hit the closet and hurt his hands they go back to St. John's after being there from 1:00 PM to midnight they then put him in ICU which they might be taking care of the problem after being an ICU however, if you ask a question as to why it wasn't addressed the earlier before and them,nurses and supervisors think like it's no big issue if you address time of his last visit he was in ICU and asked for them to move that person around so they don't get bed sores obviously it wasn't enough to express your concern now they tell me I can't address it. It's none of my business even though it's a family member furthermore, the nurse in the ER was so rude To the wife and if you ask that question, they don't want to address it you ask for admin person to talk to them to get answers instead if you take a name, if you take a name they bring the security and a supervisor, instead of a admin person...I did mention you all gonna get yourselves fired, which is not a threat they bring up security to escort you out and you still haven't got to talk too a admin person to answer you questions...private hospital is not a trauma they don't have the capability of resolving the issueThey are rude and they don't care they bring their security that you're out of control and making threats which never happened. This hospital is very poor and second time that a family member has been in there so the powers that be in this hospital facility sucks not everybody is nice or compassionate at all. They told me not to call the hospital or talk to admin or anyone else for that matter so what is being hidden in that hospital but yet I see all these great experiences from other visits I'm disgusted and even though I'm not a PA , or his wife I'm just a sibling and I can't ask questions with my bother there in the room and the supervisor talks over you I got up and walked out and furthermore, you have to ask the nurse three times to leave so you can have some time with your sibling and she is her department and she can be there if she wants to. They should be shut down and there's got to be more people that are being treated horribly as a family member.

And again everyone treated me with the utmost respect. I have been in several hospitals and I rank this hospital a top ten. I would recommend this hospital to everyone

The dentist was attentive and cared about my comfortability with the numbing which is really important to me because of past issues with numbing not taking effect. Office ladies, hygienists, assistants, and dentist were all very kind, efficient, and caring. There is such a positive atmosphere too, which is nice to experience as a patient.

I called and they were very nice over the phone and got me appointment that had been canceled by someone else for the next day. I met with Dr. Conway. She was a very nice doctor and spent time talking about the things that I needed and listen to me and gave me information that made me feel good about my situation. The medical assistant was a very nice and friendly person. I was seen from about 10 minutes after arriving at the office. I always enjoy getting in and out quickly. I would definitely recommend utilizing this clinic. I realize that often at medical facilities you can be backlogged and have to wait a half hour to an hour. I got really lucky I think with the time, but the people in general were very nice and I would go here again.

Then she became irritated and argued with me on how the arms should be bent--My face probably registered horror. The fit became worse after she bent them and I told her. All in all, an unpleasant experience. I may try another optical shop in town now, I am afraid of getting her again. Do these people not receive training on adjusting fit? Several years ago the two women staff who were there did the job right and were unflappable.
