I made an appointment on Saturday with a stylist I was told was one of their best who just happened to have an opening on Monday. The receptionist and I talked about my husbands family (she knew his cousin)and I added eye brows on to the appointment after being told about their other services. I was SO looking forward to a fresh change. When I showed up there Monday, they had no record of my appointment. They had my info (had to be entered on Saturday) but no record of appointment. I just cannot say how disappointed I was with them......Back to the drawing board.

There was already two other cars waiting and another that pulled up after me. About 10 minutes later the employees got there and unlocked the place. Signed in and waited about an hour as the two employees finished up the other ladies ahead of me. Reasonable for it being busy with only two workers. Nails were kinda messy, and the guy had a lot of trouble getting the acrylic nail tips to stay on my fingers which has never happened at other places (they should get some better glue). Paid $40 not counting tip for shellac acrylic nails. IF I came back here, I would try scheduling an appointment beforehand and at a less busy time. I'll probably try a different salon next time.

Their customer service is on point! Throughout the process of getting our hair and makeup down the stylist kept great conversations and there wasn't any awkwardness. Aja was my stylist for the day and put in some hair extensions that I brought to give me some more volume, she did amazing! She also did my makeup and it lasted throughout the entire night, even through some tears of joy. My mother had concerns of the makeup since she is an older lady and didn't want to amplify her wrinkles. Courtney did an amazing job with accentuating her beauty and making my mother feel like a queen.
