I'm really upset, I paid over 200.00 for the wellness and tanning and had 2 Weeks left. It renews on the 15th of every month.I had to go to my heart specialist today and they put a heart monitor on me for 2 weeks. I was told by the dr that I would not be able to use the wellness or tanning until the monitor is removed. I called and spoke to the manager and explained my situation. And asked if I could freeze my remaining 2 weeks then I would pick up my monthly package after that. She told me no that I would lose the 2 weeks that I have left, but that I could pay the 200.00 and start back up when I get it off. I just feel like I was ripped off. read more

I've been to multiple tanning salons in the area and this one is the best. Ergoline beds are quality! The staff is always friendly and chat with you. The tanning bed bulbs get replaced within a reasonable amount of time. You pay for a monthly subscription; however, there are always good deals and rewards happening! I had the worst experience here. It started with miscommunication between employees. One told me I could have a $7 first time trial spray tan. When I came in to get it, another employee told me they cannot allow it. After being hard core sold to TWICE. Once by each employee for their lotions and potions, which their line started, "Hear me out", the other employee agreed to give me a $10 trial spray. I said OK and asked for a clear spray tan which develops over hours. I came out looking like a bronzed idiot with bronze spray everywhere and I had to go to work. I understand mistakes happened but they did absolutely nothing to remedy the situation, I walked out furious and on top of it all, I was most definitely not treated like a guest. If the district manager/manager reads this, I would appreciate a response. read more
