First trip, they worked on my manicure and pedicure at the same time, and were so thorough, I felt bad for how long they were spending on me. My manicure lasted probably 2 weeks, and the only reason it wasn't longer was because my nails grow too quickly. The second trip, about 1.5 months later, my toenails still looked almost perfect from the first trip. Their polish change prices are so reasonable and their service is awesome. They're pretty busy so I'd try to make an appointment, I wish I found this place sooner, but this is my new go-to place!

However, the service moved much slower than expected -- about 40 minutes in, polish hadn't been applied yet, and it became clear we'd go well over an hour. Since I was short on time, I asked to skip the hot stone portion. I was still charged full price (which I could understand...), plus $5 for gel removal even though I only had gel remaining on half of two toenails. When I got home, I noticed clear top coat had been applied to only one foot. I called about fixing it and was told I could return, but the response came with an attitude. I never made it back in due to my schedule. Overall, I won't be returning. In all my years, I've never experienced some forgetting to apply top coat...Then to charge me add-on fees? An unfortunate, poor experience.

The tech could barely speak English enough to have any sort of conversation with me. I went home, filed all of it off, and redid them myself. Waste of $90. I called and spoke with a manager to tell them my experience. They told me I could come back and have them fix it for me. Why would I go back and have the same person who already wasted so much time on a poorly done acrylic set "fix" it for me? Was told the techs work on commission and they do not fix each others work.
