Pacific Toxicology either did not bill my insurance or provided incomplete information to my Insurance (no Diagnosis Codes, Procedure Codes, or Provider's Tax ID number) without which my insurance (Premera) will not process. I like how convenient this place is to where I live, and how easy it is to get an appointment for a covid test. However, I no longer fully trust their test results. Every time they've taken a nose or throat swab, it felt too swallow/light compared to others I've experienced. But I thought they, they're trained in this... Until now. I certifiably HAVE COVID (all symptoms present, home test was a very strong positive), and went to get a PCR to have it on medical record. Even though I tested on just the second day of infection, their test came up negative. I don't know how that is possible, and now I have to schedule yet another test somewhere else just to prove for future doctors that I have had COVID. Which again, I unquestionably do. This makes me nervous that they are passing other people as negative who are in fact positive. It's also true that sometimes they don't email you results like they should and you have to call. Fast and easy place to get tested. Go online and schedule an appointment (they ask for insurance but if you dont have any its okay, test is FREE). Make sure you take your ID with you, that is the first thing they will ask you for. I found this facility when I needed a PCR Covid test and have used it twice. The fact that I return to this facility for something as important as a Covid test speaks for itself. Made an appointment online the day before. And on the day was in and out in less than five minutes. In fact I was able to stay in my car the whole time while I was given a choice of either mouth or nasal swab. Love the convenience of this place. Absolutely terrible about getting results to you. They say to check your spam email, but even then I have never gotten results from them. I always have to call to get my results. Today I have been on hold for 40 minutes and still waiting despite being "caller #1." They really need a better system for delivering test results. read more

Have to submit to weekly covid testing for work. First week my results never come by email. So after missing a day of work I call to check things out. I spoke to Michelle who was very unhelpful and just wanted to end the phone call with me. She was skirting around all of the questions I asked her and then at the end of the conversation she recommended that I call them and ask for results 24 hours after taking my test. I find this to be a bit pathetic that a company that offers testing and results via email expect you to call each week for results because in Michelle's own words the electronic system is unreliable. I got tested for Covid on Friday at 1:30pm and I asked when I would receive the results. The woman who tested me said 24 hours. It is now Monday end of day and I never received my results. If only receiving the results were as efficient and easy as making the appointment this place would be great. read more

The results may come back quickly, but if you don't call you will not receive the results. I didn't know at first so I waited 2 weeks to find out the results were available the next day. read more

There is no response from anyone at all: I went and got tested and I was told I would hear back in 24 hours but heard nothing. I don't know how that is possible, what if I have it? I'm just walking around infected and I don't know even after I got tested? It's ridiculous. I'd give them a zero if I could but I can't so they get one star read more

This place is great. I've taking a few tests here and they've been great every time. Some people are saying it takes longer than 24 hours but sometimes the emails go to your spam folder. That happened to me and of course I was upset too but when I called them, they told me to check my spam OR they were more than happy to tell me over the phone. Pure incompetence. If you want to waste time waiting around for results, this is the lab for you. They do not work over the weekend. I had to call to get my results emailed. Then they email a link where the password is broken and doesn't work. I tried resetting the password and it still wouldn't work. Out of frustration, I logged in with my Google account instead. My daughters and I have taken at least 5 different covid tests at PaxToc. Its a super quick, drive through testing facility. We have always received our results within 24 hours, usually sooner. A couple of times I called in before the 24 hour period because it was urgent and a very helpful woman answered the phone immediately. First time she was able to give me the results over the phone and then send them over. Second time she said she would keep an eye out for them and sent them to me after her normal business hours. I really appreciate the customer service here. My only 2 suggestions would be: 1. weekend and evening hours. 2. an online portal that saves our information so we don't have to enter insurance and details every time. Thank you! read more

This place is disgusting!! they should not authorized or be allow to provide Covid testing . The test is a mouth swab. So as opposed to having someone hand you the package with the long stick from far away for you to do the mouth swab and later return it in the bag. This woman approaches your car with a whole bunch of the test bags in her pocket ,she takes one out brakes it open and puts it in your mouth and back on the bottle. Mind you that when she does the swab and puts the stick back on the little bottle it can get contaminated. When she is touching your test swab after touching every body else's Covid test you can contaminated. Not changing gloves not once or using sanitizer and touching all the test of every single person with the same gloves its just the most disgusting thing I have seen. health department must shut them down. Im filling a complaint with the CDC and health department. read more

Like most other reviews states, convenient easy testing but NO EMAIL and NO RESPONSE unless you are willing to call them for results. And that is not easy. It took me 2 HOURS waiting on the phone to get someone to answer. So 4 days later I finally got the results. Oh yea, no result's over the weekend. It would have nice if we were told that. It was a little hard to find, but once I did, there was no line. Once you pull up to the stop sign a guy in a lab coat walks out from a Tuff Shed. I thought that was a little weird, but he was nice and administered the test. I was told I would have the results by email this morning and nothing yet. They are closed over the weekend so hopefully, the results arrive on Monday because I need them for an important test. I've tried calling them before and no one answers so I sure hope I get the email and a call will be unnecessary. So, hence the 3 star review. I took my grandmother here for her Covid test and it was such a smooth experience. My grandmother has been uneasy about leaving home and the tech, Parnia, made her feel at ease about the test and was so nice. We were greeted in such a welcoming manner and taken care of like family. I went into get tested, upon driving into the place there was signs of where you should be. I normally have no problem with nasal testing but I prefer from back of the throat. The person helping me, sanitized everything, put on new gloves before and after :). The test was done by him and a test is still a test. Not the greatest feeling but way better than previous tests I've had. My results were available within 17 hours. Thank you! read more
