When he'd ask what we wanted him to say in a letter to the opposing attorney, he would write the exact opposite. If we asked to be sure not to say something he would be sure to say it. He did not follow up anything with the opposing attorney until we'd pushed him for weeks to do so. And when the time finally came to write the settlement he told us to just accept the opposing attorney's version--even when we queried some issues. As it turned out we were correct to query: the issues he said would be okay were definitely not okay. We are paying for his. mistakes today.

In a very short time, David met with me, prepared and filed a lawsuit for me, served the summons and complaint and went to mediation for several hours with both parties and settled my case! The other party's intent was to complicate the case with so many irrelevant claims and inaccurate accusations so as to distract from the truth. Two hours later, we left mediation with an enforceable agreement that was exactly what we had previously demanded.
