I'm sad to write this review I had high hopes for working with Farnsworth but after waiting for five days for our meeting on Thursday at 11 AM, I heard nothing but silence for 3 1/2 hours. No Email phone call or text was sent to me. I even drove to their old office in San Rafael and then to what I thought was their new office in Bonaire Center but that was just a PO Box SMH. I finally heard from Catherine the secretary and she said she's sorry but the Internet was down which is quite interesting. I didn't know the Internet stopped texts and phone calls but anyways she said she would have it again today at 11 but now they tell me they're too busy to even take the case.
