This office is conveniently located to the freeway, Bart and STARBUCKS! 2. Parking - has an abundant amount of parking. Out of all the places I looked at, this is the only one that had parking. 3. The office is very nice and professional in appearance. It has a good size waiting area with enough seating for clients, but isn't overwhelming. 4. The space we rented was large, with everything we needed close by and the most beautiful view of all the different trees that surround the area - it made the place relaxing. 5. The staff are professional, very helpful and welcoming. 6. Many options are available to all businesses when renting a space here. Their answering service was my personal favorite and is something we have chosen to continue with. Thank you IO, we enjoyed our time here! If I ever need to rent a space again, it will be with Sierra and Intelligent Office.

I ended up with a mailbox service with said company after Victory Workspaces closed down abruptly. There was a multitude of steps that needed to happen and one was missed. The process of the transition was lacking clarity and so many items around the transition was mishandled. Overall, I found after spending $428 for four months, they then dropped the ball and told me in a tone of blame they could no longer accept my mail and were going to return to sender it all because a form was missed. This could have been handled much better, with dignity and tact. After this, I shifted over to iPostal1 and the cost is only $9.99 per month, so the service is not concierge and their staff could use some training around treating people with human decency.

While there's no room specific air controls, we were always very comfortable in the room and the bathrooms were always clean. They also have a kitchen with all day coffee available for an additional price, as well as a printing area. All in all we enjoyed our work stays and appreciated being able to use the space!
