I noticed a lot of the negative reviews tend to be one-time customers. Of course, any time you ship a package and have it misplaced it's an incredibly frustrating experience. But mail and more is not responsible for the item's actual transport. JennifeEmily, Diane, and Bob always have a welcoming smile and warm greeting. Jennifer and her staff are a pleasure to work with. Update: I ordered some books from Amazon that I needed in time to attend a book festival in another state. Amazon shipping notifications had the books arriving Tuesday. When I checked on delivery, the USPS had shipped the books all over the place. From the Amazon facility at Ashland to Stafford to Locust Grove and then back down to Richmond. I'd gone in earlier on Wednesday to check when USPS might be delivering mail, and Jennifer said it varied by day. I told her I was waiting for some books I needed for the trip and if they didn't arrive, we'd just need to re-buy them so we had them for signature and return the ones ordered from Amazon once they arrived. Shortly before closing time Jennifer contacted me to tell me the package had arrived, so we were able to get them. Thanks!

I came in with a simple request to figure out where my package was since it was 4 days late despite paying extra for 2-day shipping. She absolutely refused to even look it up because she said I could do that myself then told me to call the same 1-800 number that kept me on hold for over 3 hours without answering. She refused to tell me where the package was located, when I might get it, or why it was late since she wouldn't even be bothered to look it up. She said she doesn't help people with FedEx packages despite wearing a FedEx shirt. I asked why she wouldn't help someone with a FedEx item while working at a FedEx facility and wearing a FedEx staff shirt and she just kept repeating "you aren't listening to me" while continuing to be rude and cut me off and ultimately asking me to leave without even attempting to locate my daughters lost birthday gift. It is worth a trip 20 minutes away to get appropriately treated like a human being and actual help.

I went to file a claim and UPS told me that they never received the package. Therefore, I could not file a claim. I then contacted the UPS store and they refused to help me in any way. I then informed them that I would never use them again, and the woman I was speaking to hung up the phone on me. The people at this UPS Store are inept at their job. They have no idea what they're doing, and that's why they lost my package. This is inexcusable, and I filed a complaint with the UPS customer service. Here's an update to my review: Here's how the "Local Business Customer Service" responded to my original review: "This is concerning to hear, Zmoonchild L.. We are forwarding this to the appropriate team right away and will look into this further. Please reach out to us at CustomerRelations@UPSStore.com so we can follow up with you." Here's my response to the "Local Business Customer Service" You are NOT concerned about anything. That's a complete lie. Otherwise, the store wouldn't have hung up the phone on me when I called them. We went to their website and easy as 123, able to reserve for the next day without any hassle, of course they asked for the basic information and called a reference to validate. The shop opened at 0800 but we needed it at 0700, we arrive at 0650 and all we did was go into the link they sent us the day before to receive the confirmation number for the key box. We entered the code, there were a couple of keys chains numbered, so, we grabbed the one that belong to us and we rolled out after a quick inspection of the truck. I'll add that they already took pictures of the truck the day before which made even easier to feel at ease about any damages that were on the truck already at time of pick up. The return was a smooth as the pick up. As we arrived, we left the truck on the side of the shop, we in and turned in the the keys. After that she excused herself and went to the restroom. When she returned she told me they only have 46 slots with 52 kids already... I guess they don't go by ratio. I looked at her and smiled, that's what I do when I'm annoyed but want to be kind. I asked why I didn't receive a call because I took off work for the tour. Again in an overwhelmed state she says "I am the only one here today, the online scheduler just sends things in, I've been very busy today." As though her busy was superior to my time and responsibilities. After all, that's the job. I calmly told her, still smiling, I also work and am very busy, in addition to having a disabled child getting ready for brain surgery and touring schools... but I still can manage to RSVP regret. She ask, "if you'd like I can give you a tour and when"... I told her no, no thanks. As I was walking out I summed it up to a blessing for seeing what it would have been like there. The first impression did not display positive control. They must be one of the more affordable daycares around because I was not interested after that.
