From the moment Chris Wolverton walked in he made us feel so comfortable and confident that he was the right contractor for the job. We were not disappointed. I would give these guys a ten if that was an option. The tradesmen working with Chris were all very highly skilled and easygoing. And after having a complete kitchen and bath remodel I determined we needed a laundry remodel too. They are just wonderful and each one of them have become part of the family. Will be doing more remodels in the near future and they will be doing them! Trust no one else!

Even though I changed what I wanted done many times, Mr. Wolverton kept on coming out updating my quote without any problems. Once I accepted the quote construction started very quick! He also honored the price he gave even though went above and beyond on things I requested last minute. I am very thorough and what things done the way I like it. I called/text Mr. Wolverton at all times of the day through the whole process. What was refereshing is that he called/text back within the hour (even on weekends and during his vacation)! The workers came over on time and were very nice, but apparently there was some question about the integrity of the hoop itself. They installed it without asking any questions, and after they left I noticed the hoop could only extend to a max of 6 feet tall, rendering it useless. Why wouldn't you talk to me before you cemented it in? Now I'm out $225 and all they offered to do is cut it down and I got the reply " we did what you asked us to do." * update: the "Fabulous Mr. Fix It" still hasn't removed the hoop as promised. He even took pictures to show us the damage on the roof. We were very satisfied with the price we paid for the work that was completed. I would recommend All Approved Construction to everyone-reasonable prices, knowledgable, trustworthy and friendly. We plan on calling All Approved Construction for any future home repairs.

Craig was kind and very communicative through the whole process. He came out while I was away and fixed the roof. When I came home, it was as if nothing even happened to the roof. It looks sooo good! I am having him do some other areas that need fixing too. He even offered to get the parts for me so I didn't have to go to a hardware store and figure out what to purchase...as I'm not very good with those sorts of things. I can barely change a lightbulb. All Approved Construction does a fantastic job, and best of all, they are very friendly, honest and trustworthy, as Jennifer G. mentioned in her review. The prices are great! Whenever I need more improvements done to the home I will definitely hire them.

The fence post was broken at ground level and a cross-board was cracked. We hired Dexter Consulting to repair the fence and stand it up. Our goal was to make a solid repair but not rebuild the fence from scratch. Marc Niletta from Dexter Contracting came out and completed the repair very quickly. We now have a complete repair at a very reasonable price. Marc even did some cosmetic improvements that were not part of the original contract. We give our highest recommendation to Dexter Consulting.

At this point they have brought out their architect for some design options and provided me with a quote that was very reasonable for the project. They did have a charge associated with having the architect come out that was very small. I can't remember what it was, but it will be baked into the ultimate project payments. Did I shop around? Well... no. These guys have done a lot of work on my house. They have amazing integrity, good pricing from my past shopping around, I can trust them with my dogs and we are mimicking the amazing front porch design they created for me so it just makes sense to stay with a company I trust.
