Jeff Greaves, President of New Roof, has been a faithful supporter of St. Luke's Episcopal Church for decades! He has paid attention to upgrades that we have needed, and without our asking has offered his own services or those of his team to help us out. He has literally helped us keep our doors open! We used new roof for a small leak near our chimney. They were very responsive on the phone, and prompt to come give an estimate. We received a few other estimates, which offered to replace the entire chimney pan for more than $1000, however new roof looked at the chimney and offered a lower cost solution of applying a rubber sealant over the entire chimney pan to drain the water away. It cost significantly less, and thusfar has worked fine. They also said they would be happy to readdress the issue if there were any problems in the future. Glad that they would be willing to offer other options besides just a costly replacement. read more

I called these guys twice to look at my roof. Both times they assured me they would call me the next day to tell me when they were coming to the house to look at my roof. Both times they were a no show (or phone call). The first time they said they were swamped. Shame on me if I called them a third time. If they value customer service this little, chances are they will run away after payment if there is any problem with their work after the fact. I would not risk spending my money on these guys. My Mother needed a new roof from the result of a wind storm, my husband immediately called New Roof. They were out that day to put a tarp over the roof that needed repair. And while there were working on the roof they kept the work area clean. Then when it was time to leave, you couldn't tell that she just had workers there replacing the whole roof. HIGHLY RECOMMEND DID GREAT WORK, COMMUNICATED QUICKLY, AND CLEANED UP PERFECTLY- we recently bought a new home in the summer of 2017 and have had a ton of projects to re do from the previous owners but one we did not anticipate was having our home FLOOD. We had the best experience last week in April of 2018 with New Roof, Inc- Jeff Greaves, the owner, returned my phone call extremely quickly and was able to accommodate us into his busy schedule same day to evaluate the issue and gave me a quote on the spot that was very fair. He also went above and beyond to educate me on what areas of the home would need work next and to look out for and what things we could do ourselves to prevent damage as well as what we could do ourselves to help save on cost. He replaced our roof, vents, and window materials needed to prevent water entry. They completed the job quickly as with the upcoming rain we knew the flooding would continue. I came home and would not have even known anyone had been there as they CLEANED UP PERFECTLY. I am so impressed there was not even 1 piece of material left behind. Had them redo the siding on our house. The price was good, they were responsive when I needed to communicate (Jeff always took my calls), they cleaned up reasonably well (I'm still finding some nails), and the quality of work was terrific. They were meticulous and was always willing to accommodate our requests on certain areas, like the oven vent or house wrap, and the installers clearly want to do high-quality work. A small complaint would be that I wasn't always sure if they were coming on a particular day. But overall I am very satisfied and would hire them again. read more

I had used the services on multiple occasions. The crew always did a quality job. Once we asked to do a few small patches that opened up after a recent hail. Guys responded quickly and patched a few spots just in time before another rain downpour same dawn the next day. That stopped the potential ceiling leakage in the master bedroom. read more

Their price was good but their follow up on the damage (tar marks on my siding from their roofers) done to my house by their team was horrible. We had our roof done a few years ago and we still have problems with this company coming back to fix their issues they caused. The facts are simple, I called immediately to have Jeff (the owner) handle the issue, he sent out "one of his repair guys" to fix this issue, this repair guy used some sort of solution on my siding and got the tar off but then discolored my siding in several spots. After several calls back to Jeff he finally came out to my house and tried rubbing off the marks with a tissue he had in his pocket, he said these will fade away soon, it's been more than 4 years and the marks his team made are still there. This company has yet to fix this issue and refuses to take accountability for their mistake. It's all about the customer service and I've yet to get any resolution. read more

My roof got damaged from the wind storm on March 8, 2017. I called a couple roofing companies to come to give me an estimate. All of them took a quick look from the ground, quickly gave me an estimate and left. Some of them didn't call back or did not come as promised. I found New Roof in the phone book and gave them a call, Jeff Greaves (the owner) and his assistant came to my house within a few hours. Jeff and his assistant climbed on my roof and did a very thorough inspection. They covered all the areas that were missing shingles with tarp to prevent further damage from rain and snow while waiting for the insurance adjuster come to do their estimate. Two weeks later, when the adjuster came, Jeff and his assistant got on the roof with the insurance adjuster to show him damaged area that the adjuster missed. He negotiated with the insurance adjuster to have the insurance company pay for a new roof. Even though the adjuster did not approve for a new roof, Jeff was able to show the adjuster all the damages and got me the money I needed to fix my roof and replace my window. Two days later, Jeff and his team came to replace all the shingles that got blown off during the storm, glued the shingles that were lifted. They did a very thorough and detail job on my roof. Jeff inspected the roof again after his team completed. Throughout my interaction with Jeff, he is a nice, friendly and honest man. I have recommended him to my friends and neighbors. I am highly recommended New Roof, not only because this is a local company, but also because of the 39+ years experience in roofing and multiple certifications and awards Jeff and his company received. Thank you Jeff There were a couple of "storm chaser" roofing companies that guarantee to have the insurance adjuster to approve for a new roof. If they can't, they would pay for the new roof themselves "too good to be true right?" My neighbor signed up with one of those companies, but when they were unable to get the adjusted to approve to pay for a new roof (my neighbor's roof was in a worse condition than mine). They did not pick up the phone when my neighbor tried to call them after that. read more
