In the 3 days leading up to me stopping at this dealership I had visited 2 other KW dealers for the same problem. Not one time did they listen to me, I told them I had already eliminated an A/C problem and DO NOT TURN THE TRUCK OFF till you check it otherwise whatever is causing the issue will reset and take another 2-3 hours to reoccur. Both dealerships ignored everything I said, pulled the truck in and shut it off. Both came back with "the computer says it's fine", it's your A/C causing the fan to run erratically. So your telling me that this entire summer while I was in Texas with temperatures well over 100 degrees and the fan never once came on that all of the sudden when it's 49 degrees and I have the A/C, Bunk A/C and Defroster shut off that the A/C is causing this? I left the second dealership and 2 hours 37 minutes later it started again. Premier Care wanted me to take it 150 miles back to the last dealership so I hung up on them and called the Mosinee shop. The service manager listened to what I said, told me to bring it in and DO NOT SHUT IT OFF! I arrived and a mechanic came out with a laptop "just in case" and we went for a drive. One mile away it starts acting up so he plugs in the laptop and says this isn't right, the computer is not commanding the fan to run. I was there for 10 hours, they fixed the fan problem (bad wiring from a sensor), fixed the NavPlus that had never worked, found 4 recalls and took care of them all. Even if you have to drive a little further this particular KW shop will listen to the driver and not just plug it into a computer.
