After I paid for the services I went out and started my car. While in park, my car felt like it was going to die. Then when I was driving at a slow speed and then accelerated it would slightly shake. When I was driving at a normal speed my car seemed fine. I ended up bringing my car to my regular mechanic because there was fluid on my garage floor the day after my oil change, I could smell something burning and my car still felt like it was going to die at a slow speed/in park. My mechanic then notified me that there was a total of 10 quarts of oil that was added at my recent oil change on Monday. I was also informed that having this much oil could have caused my engine to blow and seize the entire engine.

I needed to get my axle fixed and I knew exactly what was wrong with it. I took it there and they told me everything up to my steering column was gone and needed to be replaced. I told them And they looked at it and RESET The check engine light and told me to come back if it turns on again. So i left with my car and brought it back the next hour because the check engine light turned on again and they reset again and told me to come back the next day if its still there. So i brought my car back to them the next day, NOW they told me i need to replace catalytic sensors too and i would have to leave my car there because they had busy schedule.. understandable BUT IN NIGHT TIME WHEN I GOT DONE WITH WORK AND I WAS DRIVING PAST AUTO SELECT IN NEENAH I DIDNT SEE MY CAR THERE IN THE PARKING ALOT OR IN THE GARAGE and i could sleep all night knowing someone is out there driving my car pushing on it or misusing it because its NOT THEIR PROPERTY when i confront them the next day about my car not being there lastnight "they kept refusing said they parked it in the church parking alot because their parking lot was full, but wholetime the parking lot wasnt even fully full there was still 3 to 4 car parking spots were empty in the parking alot.. and i even paid for the sensors and have them put it on my car.. so my girlfriend can finally drive my car but the check engine lights was still on.. so i left and brought my car to the bergstrom and They kept my car there for week and test every single part on my car and they said the check engine light is keep turning on because of the bad catalytic convertor PART that auto select put in. I…read morediscovered they had overfilled my oil by 1.8 quarts when I got the next oil change and the tech at Valvoline reported the engine had 9.5 quarts of oil in the engine (they extracted the oil before putting new oil in). That's almost 25% more oil than the recommended level. My vehicle is now compromised. An overfill of this magnitude can cause oil aeration, excessive crankcase pressure, seal damage, and potential long-term harm to the turbochargers and hybrid components.

Their sales team is good, but I don't recommend their service department. Brand new truck, but…read morethey didn't know what to fix even though they called me to schedule service when they got the diagnostic codes. Truck sat for 13 days before they looked at it. Brand new truck should be under warranty, but they are giving me a bill over $1,000 to fix a "broken wire." Shared my experience with a letter to service manager, and nobody will talk to me. I'm hoping to get my truck back sometime soon, before they charge me for more "broken wires." Watch out for these guys!!
