Her portrait was a wrinkled mess and the group photo was smooth and perfect. Definitely not a 'lighting' issue, sloppy and lazy is more like it. I asked him to fix her portrait and he said he would photoshop the background smooth for $60 AN HOUR! Picking my jaw up off the floor... I told him that was unacceptable and I'm not paying to fix his sloppy photo. After arguing with him for several minutes he finally offered to send me a new photo, but he wanted the old photo back. He wasn't willing to go "out of his way" to pick it up from her gym, so I would need to pay to ship the old photo back. Two weeks later.. No photo.. I called to check on the status and his response was- I'll send this out when I get yours back. I told him I was happy to send the photo back when I receive the replacement and make sure it was ok. He said there's no way he was going to send the photo until he received mine. Frustrated and completely disgusted at his lack of customer service and inability to fix HIS MISTAKE, I asked him to refund my money. He laughed at me and said I'd STILL have to pay to ship back the photos before he'd refund my money. Desperate for a solution, I had to involve the gym owner to help me and I was finally given replacement picture. Sloppy photos, inexcusably horrific customer service, and tacky outdated business practices.
