Harlie Butler, Merakii Moon, broke our contract and did not provide photos within 6-8 weeks. We began trying to contact her after our deadline. We were promised the photos by "the end of the day" multiple times. When we would inquire she would make excuses and promise a new delivery date. If she was upfront with how long it would take, we would not have booked her. We were promised polaroids day of that she "forgot" to give us. Still haven't received them after her promising she would "ship them first thing tomorrow". We had to basically threaten asking for a percentage of our money back to get our photos. Our wedding was June 6th, we received only half of our photos on August 30th. Had to beg her some more to get the second half and got them September 4th. I truly believe we would still be waiting if we weren't constantly bugging her about the expectations SHE SET. I don't know that we will ever receive our polaroids at this point.

This time we went to the Draper location and it was underwhelming. I had to do a lot of work myself to get the kids to pose and the photographer cut the session very very short. I'm not sure what we paid for. He said he would photoshop the kids' cuts scrapes out they had from outside play. That never happened. The pictures weren't great. It's a year later and we haven't used them.

We were so incredibly happy to have this team of photographers travel to a ghost town in Montana with us to take the most memorable photos of our family as engagement and family pictures. We were further pleased to have the two of them available for the entire wedding day.
