She proceeded to tell me…read morethat it was my fault that there was no video or film because I did not realize that she did not have multiple cameras during a time which is busy for any mother of the bride, but also I was dealing with the loss of my brother in law of 23 years who had passed away exactly one week prior to my daughters wedding. She stated that we never mentioned video prior to the wedding day which is completely untrue. We discussed it at length with her in our zoom meeting with her and the Facebook post my daughter made looking for a photographer that Harlie responded to explicitly mentions video. Harlie even mentions that we had discussions about the video in a text exchange with my daughter. She also said that if we wanted photos of the groom prior to the ceremony that we should have stressed that to her. She also said that I didn't pay for any of the things that I did not receive which was not true. I paid for the gold wedding package which according to her contract should have included 6-8 hrs of coverage, bridals, engagements, polaroids, film, home video, and a gallery of online high-resolution images of your wedding day. She quit communicating with me because my daughter was the person she had listed on her contract even though she had communicated with me previously and she knows I was the one paying her. She did eventually send me a partial refund of $400 after my daughter contacted her. But $400 does not make up for the lost memories in my opinion, not to mention having to beg her to send what photos she did take and the fact this has been a horrible experience that will forever be associated with my daughters special day.

It's a year later and we haven't used them.

We were so incredibly happy to have this team of photographers travel to a ghost town in Montana with us to take the most memorable photos of our family as engagement and family pictures. We were further pleased to have the two of them available for the entire wedding day. It is not common to find two such exceptional photographers that know so well how to work together and complement each other's work. They made communication easy and clear, they have the experience and talent to get what you want without making the whole wedding party pose for hours, and took so many photos that I hadn't even imagined I would want, but am so so happy to have!
