We brought one of my loved and heavily used coach purses here because one of the straps was coming off from the purse due to the thread finally coming apart. I love this purse and didn't watch to scrap it, so I was desperate to see if someone could fix it. Here getting my purse fixed and properly was super easy! Prices were reasonable and the timeline for turnaround was quick. The father and daughter duo had my purse fixed and back to me good as new in no time! Definitely would use this shop again and highly recommend them. We love a local mom and pop shop, and this is a great repair store in the desert.

Unfortunately, after only a few uses for work, the faux leather started peeling. I really liked them and wanted to save them, especially since I had just bought them, but the owner was incredibly honest and told me it wasn't worth repairing. I stumbled across La Plaza Shoe Repair while my husband attended a 2-day conference across the street at Hotel ZOSO. "Dr. Mike Shoe" did an absolutely beautiful job on my purse. He matched the color perfectly. The purse may look black in the photo, but it is a dark steel blue up close. I love the color, and now my purse looks new again. The scratch marks are completely gone. He called me and told me he could not find a zipper so I asked him to just remove the broken zipper. I live out of town so I them off and my mom was going to pick them up. Months went by apparently the guy went into the hospital and I was patient and I waited a few more months for my bags. My mom paid for them, picked them up and left without inspecting them. When I picked up the bags her, they were smashed flat as if he had put something heavy on top of them and just left them there the broken zipper was not fixed. In fact it was just still hanging there and was not removed. I will give him a sliver of He probably put $.50 worth of shoe polish on the leather. However, my purses are in worse condition than when I off. At this point, I don't know how they will ever regain their shape. Do not use this guy he clearly has no idea how to refurbish a handbag. I could not be more disappointed. I paid $125 for this so-called repair now I'm less scrambling for someone who can actually my handbags. Do not take anything to this guy.

I recently brought in 7 pairs of shoes, including3 vintage. The owner went through them with me and told me what he could fix. He also told me which ones he couldn't- three pairs. He also made recommations as to where I could get a very specific leather shoe string for one of the vintage shoes. Dancers: he can suede your street shoes for dance as well!
