She did provide us with the contact information for the other firm. To date (yes, it is 4/14), we have not heard anything from either Andrea or the other person. We have left multiple voice messages and sent multiple emails. We'll be filling complaints with the IRS since we'll have to file extensions as well. While I'm empathetic to illness, this is demonstrative of a total failure in business planning and management of the situation as a whole has been worse than poor. Do not recommend.
