I also recently hired Franco's Home Cleaning for exterior and interior window cleaning, and they did a better job than professional window washers, who used pressure washers! Mary and team, Sol, attentively cleaned all windows, by hand, even correcting the exterior window cleaning that was done last year, as well as dusting and cleaning the interior of the windows. I hired Traci (based on great Yelp reviews) to deep clean an apartment the landlord had not cleaned well (pre-move in). The place is old and imperfect... I knew going into it that it probably wouldn't sparkle, but told her that I was primarily interested in a good scrub to remove the grime and gunk left in the kitchen, bathroom, and on the light switches. When she was done and it came time to inspect, I was shocked to find the amount of things that were missed, including a large, dried puddle of stuck-on goo in one of the cabinets, left by a previous tenant. This is something super gross and in plain sight. I am seriously astounded that this was overlooked after 4 hours of deep kitchen cleaning. I then pointed out some stuck on grime under the stove ledge (which I had pointed out during the initial walk through). Her response? "Yeah, I don't think I can do much with that... You could probably get it off with some Goo Gone"............. I thought that is what I was paying YOU for!!!!!! Unfortunately, over the last six months or so, the quality declined noticeably and steadily. I raised concerns multiple times and asked for specific notes to be added to our account so that the cleaners knew where to pay attention, but despite those efforts, the issues continued and in some cases worsened. It included simple things like the TV console and desks not even being dusted to fully missing cleaning entire rooms. At that point, it became clear the problems weren't being effectively addressed. On the positive side, Andrea, the coordinator, was always very kind and responsive, and the pricing was reasonable. However, consistent quality is key with a cleaning service, and that ultimately fell short. Because of this, I wouldn't recommend the company.

Carrie and Megan tend to be the crew that cleans my house most often, and they do an AMAZING job. I've seen them on their hands and knees cleaning the corners of my bathroom and kitchen floors, and once in awhile I see them dust or wipe down dirty baseboards...WOW! We also have hard water, so removing the spots on the shower doors and walls is challenging, but I always come home to a shower that looks brand new. These gals are also extremely nice and professional (they're so nice to my dog too). Once in awhile the owner/Jeff, who is delightful and very service-oriented, will send a different crew to my house, and they also always do an excellent job. The owner apologized and agreed to Fix It. She never offered any credit. I decided to give him a second chance. But what happened? They broke another one of my collectible figurines. That was the last straw. they never. They did pay for the repair, but it was a terrible repair job! You can see all the seams where it broken. They are now worthless instead of priceless.
