Having been in business for 20 years, they truly have party hosting down to a science.   The girls loved walking in the fashion show, singing karaoke to their favorite songs, and getting glammed up with hair and makeup (packages featuring manis, pedis, and facials are also available). I also loved how inclusive they were for the boys, offering cool hairdos, temporary tattoos, plus an air hockey table and interactive group games like the limbo, hot potato and "the floor is lava", so everyone felt part of the fun.   The staff took care of everything! They helped unload the car, handled setup, served the food, facilitated the games, cleaned up, and helped pack our car at the end. I added on their food package for the kids, which made things so easy! It included pizza, cupcakes, lemonade, water, and table settings with plates, napkins, and cups. They even provided serving dishes, which was great since I brought in additional food and drinks for the adults, plus a birthday cake and candles. The venue is already full of festive "Happy Birthday" decor, so you really don't need extra decorations (I brought balloons, but even those weren't necessary as they already had a balloon arch which was a great backdrop for photos). I brought my own goody bags but you can even add on the option for each guest to pick out a boutique item to take home.   To top it off, the owner Dina captured photos throughout the party and shared slideshow videos with me afterward. The girls were given robes and immediately started getting their nails or makeup done as they arrived, which kept everything organized and moving smoothly. After glam time they played games, walked the runway for a fashion show, and finished with karaoke. The girls had an absolute blast the entire time. Dina, the owner, was wonderful to work with and was there making sure everything ran perfectly. One of the sweetest surprises was that the birthday girl got to pick a gift from the store at the end. And when the party wrapped up, the team even packed everything back into my car. Truly the royal treatment! Such a fun and stress-free birthday party experience. Being that 10 kids are allowed at a time to do the nerf wars, i wanted something else to entertain the kids. So I had them bring out the large yard games. That kept everyone else entertained while they were waiting their turns. The young man that set up the nerf station and dealt with the kids really did a great job. The kids all respected and listened to him. Also, i had made a playlist of music. Turns out i didn't even need it because they brought music that went well with the nerf battle! We had a wonderful experience, as did our daughter and the other guests, several moms said they were going to contact Morgan to do their parties afterwards. The coordination with our winery venue ended up being quite stressful, with event staff repeatedly changing details and not honoring what had been promised. Throughout all of this, Krysten handled everything with such kindness, patience, and grace. She had even blown up all the balloons ahead of time and arrived ready to go. When we initially discussed setup, we had been told we could place large light-up letters inside. However, when I returned, the display had been moved outside under an arch due to last-minute direction from the venue. It was a tough situation, especially since the space wasn't ideal for photos, which was a big part of the event. Krysten adapted quickly to the situation, doing her best to work within the venue's restrictions while also trying to protect the balloons from the heat. Once I was able to resolve things with the venue, she graciously moved everything back inside, something she absolutely should not have had to do. We also kept a portion of the balloons set up outside and took photos there quickly, hoping to avoid any issues with the heat. All the kids loved it and it was great that they were able to take their finished product home with them. We had about 20 kids ages 1-16 attend the party and I can honestly say everyone utilized the craft table and really enjoyed it. It was an added bonus that it looked so cute for photos.
