She called me 2 days before the party that she made a mistake. She blamed me that I didn't double check. Then she said "if customers owe more they tell me, but less they never say anything". I was surprised with her comment. Blaming me was a dissatisfaction experience with her! The only reason I placed a 3 star not 1 .. because when they dropped off the tables and chairs.
