I have been a past TruGreen customer, I did not want another run with horrible customer service from the home visits to local management. Paxton responded with his services and specifically set up a program for what I needed and requested for my lawn. Precision offers different 'Step' programs, 4,5 or 6; mowing, aeration, grub control and other services. Precision used Advanced Turf Solutions for applications, a Michigan Based Fertilizer Company. Which I feel is a positive effect for Michigan lawns. Compared to other companies, Precision is very competitive and beats larger less reputable providers by 40%. Paxton did what he said he would do, showed up at the scheduled time and continuously kept me informed of his arrival. I wanted to meet Paxton for his first visit to walk the yard, confirm my lawn needs and hear about him and his company which I learned has a Noble History. Our first service included aeration, over-seeding and 1 of 6 step fertilizer applications. I have a high slope and shady yard with thick and thin areas. My goal is to even out my yard. I will report back during the season on our progress.

From the initial phone call to the estimate through construction these guys were phenomenal. They showed up promptly worked in the pouring rain and created a brand new beautiful and stable wall for us. All through the process they were careful not to damage any surrounding areas and their clean up was impeccable. Dealing direct with the owners Jared and Omar was especially easy as they actually worked with their crews to ensure we were happy with the progress. They even stopped mid way during the process to visually show us several different options that they could do for us allowing us to choose the final version. Again I agreed and gave them a time which they said see you Saturday. Now comes Saturday and I get a text past our appointment time if they could come later which I gave them a time they could come around 4pm Around 4 I get a text ...when are you available on Monday as we quit for the day due to rain. I again gave them a time frame when I was available on Monday after 1pm. Well again a no-show and no communications I finally sent them a text to tell them what a joke of a company and that they have no customer service skills on Monday night. Now they urgently sent a reply saying they apologize for the inconvenience and thats not how they run their company. Buyer beware, no shows..a big red flag, poor communications and just a lack of urgency when this is what they do for a living. As far as I'm concerned I dodged a bullet and you should too! P.S. Never seemed bothered with questions we had despite it probably not being the biggest job. He also came in with an excellent quote compared to the 2-3 others we received. Finally, he and his crew did an excellent job and nailed the time line. Did the job well and exactly as described. He'll be the first call for any future work.
