Before proceeding, I obtained two additional independent HVAC evaluations. Both technicians concluded that the system did not require replacement and that the issue could be addressed with a repair costing less than $500. What concerned me most was that the technician discussed ownership's intentions directly with the tenant and reportedly stated that repairs were not being completed because ownership did not want to spend the money. Those comments were inaccurate, unprofessional, and outside the scope of a technician's role. Recommendations, diagnoses, and repair costs should be communicated directly to the property owner, not presented to tenants as assumptions about ownership's motives. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this company. Property owners should obtain additional opinions before agreeing to major repair or replacement recommendations.
