    We used this company for 4 1/2 years, we are out of State owners and rely heavily on our property…read moremanagement companies. They have owed us moneys that were paid directly to them by Section 8 in October of 2024 for our property at, 2011 Crestwood Ave in Rockford Illinois. We finally threw in the Towel as it is so frustrating trying to get what's owed to us. It's always the same BS Story from them. (Oh I'm so sorry, I will take care of this as soon as I hang up. Never happens. Don't use them!!

    I rented from this company from 2019-2021, from a house that was infested with mice. I was late on…read morerent by only two weeks during the pandemic. They filed an eviction through court and I still continued to pay rent. By the time we got to court, they dismissed it because I was caught up. However, Tom decided to charge me attorney fees of $500. In which, I decided not pay it because the case was dismissed. I moved out in February 2021 with $0 balance. I cleaned the place and took pictures. Fast forward to 2024, they sent a $2000 bill to collections. I was furious! For one, I left without a balance, paid a $900 "non refundable move in fee," and they NEVER contacted me about this alleged balance. I went to the collection agency to ask for a print out. When I received it, he charged me "late fees" on that petty $500 "attorney fee." How the heck is that even legal!!! I called their office immediately, and of course never did I receive a response. I plan to continue to fight this! stay away from this company!!

    Me buying a home and Mark fiorello was a nightmare to work with. He had made statement to me…read moreverbally about how I play the victim when I didn't agree on things. Such as signing documents at closing and not getting the Keys to the home for days later due to triad releasing the funds and grant you I was giving them cash for half the amount of the purchased of the home. Also he had sent me text messages to people like me buying a home make him drink. The home just barely appraised out for what I purchased it for and I'm still the bad guy. He appeared to be very unprofessional with me when I question things and things I did not agree with. This is not my first time buying a home so I do understand thing. I've never had this type of experience with any other realtor ever. He also stated to me that I always know everything. He was just nasty at times. A true narcissist avoide if you want your sanity.

    ***Dual Agent Scam***…read more Laura and Tom Zarembski represented a seller in a deal; convinced him to accept a sub-par offer with risky contingencies solely to double their commission. They are causing their seller to take very large, potentially costly and time consuming risks. I don't fault anyone for wanting to make additional money, but they are very unethical. They have engaged in very shady tactics that will certainly be reported to the Rockford Area Association of Realtors, and I'm considering a suit against their seller (although I believe the seller is not being given full and accurate information). Ultimately, they undermined a signed contract between their seller and me so they could represent a different buyer - giving theirselves both sides of the commission. I had no contingencies, proof of financing, and a quick close was certain - AT THE SELLER's ASKING PRICE - full price. Zero Credibility Zarembski convinced their seller to accept an offer from "their buyer" who has a home sale contingency and no financing secured. That deal has a high potential to fall through. Very stupid move Zarembski.
