They usually run late - last appointment was 90 minutes late and they didn't seem to know why I was there. I was supposed to be getting results from labs and a bone scan. They did manage to find my lab results but not the scan I had done 3 weeks prior. Now I am waiting for a prescription... 2 days after my appointment and it still hasn't been sent in. This is only the latest example. They need to up their customer service game.

Going to to see the Doctor became nerve wracking- Until I met with Dr. Singh. He was not only determined to find the root of my issue, but he did so with such gentleness, respect and kindness. After he prescribed medications, and following through with them, I am hopeful and pain free. I am forever grateful.
