The meats are grilled in front of you on charcoal, and the servers take care to replace the charcoal at least once so that you are not eating burnt pieces of meat. I really liked the concept of having the side dishes buffet-style. It's really a mood-killer when you run out of lettuce or salad in the middle of eating your meats then waiting for your server to refill your salads. The offerings included fried calamari, Korean-sushi, sticky and sweet potatoes, fish cakes, and kimchi. Bulgogi-Haus does not seem to use MSG, even in their yummy kimchi, and I was simply content after the meal without having to reach for extra glasses of water. Kudos for having a coat rack separate from the dining tables so that the coats don't smell like meat after, and kudos for the plum wine/aloe drinks on the house!

I ordered the pork and bokchoy in chili sauce and hot and sour soup with rice and the combination knocked it out of the ball park. The pork was tender and perfectly cooked with the spice and heat from the mala pepper corns it was everything I was hoping for and more. I ended up coming here twice in the span of two days. The second night I got the dan dan noodles and even those were spectacular and really reasonably priced for such a satisfying meal. I would highly recommend if you are in the area and looking for authentic Szechuan food, you will see Chinese folks in the booths. It is that good.

The Hot Pot is a bowl of hot water/soup-type liquid. Meet and vegetables are boiled in there by everyone arround the table. Fantastic taste and really fresh food! Great place with great food!…read more I really don't understand all the people complaining about how the system here is. It's like this in all Brazilians!!! There's a Salad Bar so you can get whatever you want. Afterward they start to come with the Skewers, you're offered sausages, chicken, turkey, and different kinds of meat, the 'problem' is that people take from everything at start and when the good stuff comes they're already full and stupidly complain. You have always the possibility to say NO, and wait for the next Skewer to come. Also if you like something you can ask to get more and they nicely cut more on your plate. And they keep coming with more and more meat until you've had enough. There are also waitresses walking around offering all kinds of sides. Fries, mushrooms, rice, beans etc. You can also choose what and how much you want. The price is right for what you get, at €26,50 an all you can eat buffet with quality meats and all kinds of sides. Plus there's also a Dessert Bar if you still have space after the meat. The only thing not included are the drinks. I enjoyed my visit and am definitely coming back. So all the complaining is just wrong and unreal. How is it the Restaurants fault that you stuffed yourself so early? Stop bitching! It's your fault if you don't know how to say 'no, thank you' and also how to say 'more, please'.
