The other party owed 2 months of child support, broke every stipulation and was in contempt of court. I had videos, pictures, text messages, police reports, emails proving he was guilty and none of that was used. The judge end up giving him a break go pay the late child support until December despite he didn't pay on purpose when he was making good money. No penalties or fees were imposed on him.
